Pros:

Excellent location to the citadel. Beautiful room and lovely air condition. Room very comfortable and parking at the front of the hotel was good and easily accessible. The swimming pool a fantastic bonus. Staff very helpful

Ubicado en el mejor lugar y el personal muy atento

La Atención del personal nocturno fue muy buena. El chico encargado de la noche fue muy atento y servicial. Nos ayudo a conseguir estacionamiento. Lo cual se lo apreciamos mucho.

Un hotel extraordinario a los pies de la Cité
Pros:

El personal encantador.
En plena ola de calor nos permitieron guardar el equipaje tanto al entrar como al salir.
Las instalaciones están muy bien.
Tiene parking justo en la puerta, aunque nosotros no lo necesitásemos.
La ubicación para ir a la Cité y para coger la navette al aeropuerto es excelente.
Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.
La piscina estaba bien cuidada, con toallas de préstamo y tumbonas.
Repetiría si vuelvo.
Tiene una máquina de vending en la entrada.
Fuente con agua helada junto a la recepción.

No había posibilidad de prolongar el checkout, pero es normal en temporada alta

perfect location, secure parking, lovely swimming pool. excellent staff. Great breakfast
Pros:

The location is superb, a very short walk from the castle. The front of house staff were all friendly. I had an issue with my in room AC (it was 35C outside, and the lady fixed it in 5 minutes. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. Secure parking with CCTV. Swimming pool was an added bonus in 35C heat!

Pros:

We forgot some of our items in our room and we were already in another part of France when we realized they were missing. The hotel staff went out of their way to mail the parcel with the forgotten items to our address in the United States. Thank you so much Hotel L’Aragon staff for your help!
