La ubicación es genial aunque el hecho de que no tenga tanta publicidad te hace desconcertarte un poco al encontrarlo si vienes desde el metro

Cons:

No se podía regular el aire acondicionado.
Nos tocó justo al lado de un almacén y al ser las paredes de pladur se escuchaba todo incluso cuando en la habitación de al lado le daban a la mujer como un cajón que no cierra.

La localización es perfecta. Una lástima todo lo demás

Cons:

Limpieza de los baños absolutamente deficiente. El ruido de la habitación era insufrible. Cada persona que entraba y pasaba por la puerta se hacía un escándalo horrible. 10 despertares durante la noche

Avoid! Poorly sound proofing which makes it hard to rest, poor maintenance
Pros:

Location close to touristy places but makes it noisy as well and as the room is not sound proof, it's very hard to sleep

Cons:

Very poor sound proofing, you can hear the noise from other rooms (very loud guests) and from outside of the hotel (traffic noises, people talking on the street and even drilling and banging). There were water leaks on the common areas. Shower heads not properly fixed so with the minimal change of water pressure those fall into your head. No staff on site so any issue takes a lot of time to be resolved. There is a gap on the doors that lets the noise and light from the corridor to enter into the room and awakens you constantly every time someone goes to the toilet. There was a plastic bag pushed into the air con when we arrived making the room very warm but when we removed it we realized that someone put it there as there is no control for the temperature and it's directed directly into the bed. They require you a credit card and send a very detailed list of what they can overcharge you and put a lot of rules and surveillance for the poor of the quality and attention of this "hotel"

Habíamos reservado 3 noches y en la madrugada de la segunda noche detectamos una gotera bastante grande en la habitación y también en dos zonas del pasillo; literalmente llovía. La gestión de esta incidencia por parte del agente que me asignaron en el chat que tienen habilitado fue totalmente NEFASTA. Pretendían que nos quedásemos allí en esas condiciones sin ofrecernos ningún tipo de solución. Nos vimos obligados a marcharnos y buscarnos la vida antes que quedarnos en una habitación con goteras de agua amarilla. Fue una falta de responsabilidad y un incumplimiento total de las condiciones mínimas. La peor experiencia en un alojamiento. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.
