Facilidad para entrar y bien ubicado. Buen precio.

Cons:

Ruido porque está a pie de calle y entra mucha luz por la ventana y debajo de la puerta. Pondría otras cortinas. Además, mi habitación no tenía nada de ventilación.

Ideal por su ubicación y comodidad
Pros:

El aire acondicionado tiene la temperatura ideal y está siempre puesto por todo el sitio, manteniendo el ambiente fresco todo el tiempo. Además, me olvide un objeto y se pusieron en contacto conmigo para poder recuperarlo.

Suelos sucios y llenos de polvo, la limpia de zonas comunes está bien pero la de las habitaciones es mejorable.

Está todo muy limpio, tiene buena ubicación si te sabes mover en metro los baños y el lugar están muy limpios me encantaron los baños porque estaban supremamete limpios
