Best of both world where a peaceful stay sits by the heart of busy district.
Pros:

Do not judge its small size, because this boutique hotel offers greater value than its compact size. Design of the room and space is generous. Garden is kept manicured. The river and the old neighborhood flanks the hotel in a way that one could find both peaceful stay and bustle city life at the same time.

Cons:

Pipeline music at the lobby is considered outdated and banal, comparing to the one played in the garden. A boutique hotel should design its own music genre to create a unique image the same way as its impeccable architecture.

The classic room has such nice design and nice bathroom set up. Very classy and laid back. The whole hotel is. Fantastic staff. Super helpful. The complimentary mocktail was delicious (offered with the suite). Loved the complimentary cola and strawberry juice and peanuts. There were Complimentary delicious fruits on arrival delivered to the room. And juice and biscuit at check in. Finally, the skin products are simply the best I have seen on a hotel. Great smell, the moisturising lotion made my moskito bites from before my arrival disappear in one day. There was no moskito at hotel despite being by the river. Maybe the food was not on par with overall hotel quality but still great. I booked 3 times, so far haha.

Cons:

There were complimentary fruits which is awesome but I was hoping it would not only be for the first day. I would have saved some. I booked 3 times, 3 different rooms. So it is not a complain, just confusing a bit. The junio suite was also smaller than basic room (although it has balcony and view), so it was not as good value for money I think. Still great. Just surprising. The food is also not as good value for money but that is classic. Still good.

Wunderschön & nur zu empfehlen!

Das Zimmer war toll und der Garten des Hotels wunderschön! Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt vor allem bei dem schönen Wetter im Garten.

Very clean, very calm, A little bit outside of Chiang Mai Old town, but reachable by Bolt/TukTuk.
Very friendly staff, good Thai Food at the restaurant.
