Important information:

Directions from JR Shin-Okubo Station: From the exit of the station, go right, walk under the underpass, then take the third corner right (by Seven-Eleven convenience store). The hotel is 164 feet straight ahead on the left hand side of the street.

Direction From Narita Airport: Take Keisei Skyliner (Express Train) from Narita Airport to Nippori (about 40 minutes). At Nippori, change to JR Yamanote Line (towards Ikebukuro/Shinjuku), and get off at Shin-Okubo Station (9 stations/about 25 minutes).

Please note that children under the age of 6 cannot be accommodated at this property. Guests cannot share the existing beds, and all guests need to sleep on their own bed.

Only guests staying at this hotel are allowed in the guest rooms. Friends of family members cannot enter the guest rooms.

Please note deluxe twin room is located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevators at the property.

Pros:

strategico per soggiornare vicino Shinjuku senza essere nel caos della zona

Cons:

non c'è l'ascensore per raggiungere i piani con le valigie
scale rumorosissime
stanza assolutamente non insonorizzate che a causa del continuo passaggio degli ospiti impediscono di dormire in quanto il pavimento scricchiola ad ogni passo.

Excellent and spacious hotel in Korea Town
Pros:

Excellent location, easy walking distance from train station in quiet street in "Korea Town".
Spacious, older rooms which we prefer to the tiny, modern rooms of previous hotel in Tokyo. Good value for money. Will stay there again!

Older style hotel, but then you pay less...

昔ながらのホテルでトイレやお風呂は清潔感がありただ泊まるだけ！なら文句なしです。近くに韓国居酒屋がたくさんありコンビニも近かったのでとても便利でした。

駅から近い
価格がやすい

Cons:

廊下の音や話し声が結構聞こえた
ツインの部屋だったが細長くいびつな形だった。そのためベッドの配置が縦と横。中央にテレビがあったのでどっちのベットからも見にくかった
