Location was amazing- great for nearby eateries, supermarket and Metro. Clean, good decor. Had elevator. Helpful friendly staff.
There was no top sheet on the bed- we couldn’t adjust the air con temperature and it kept going on and off during night making us hot cold hot cold interrupting our sleep. The mattress sank in the middle somewhat. The room was oddly shaped and tiny- there was little space to move around the bed.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Walkable to a number of landmarks as well as close proximity to the Metro. Lots of shops a restaurants with a very close proximity. Staff were friendly. The room, although small, was comfortable for two adults, with a great sized bathroom and lovely furnishings.

Location was amazing, staff were very friendly.
It was not as clean as I would hope for, big stain on carpet, walls very dirty. The extra pillow in closet had mold on it. The bathroom was clean though so that’s important.
The location is fabulous! Plenty of great restaurants close by and handy for tourist attractions. Staff were helpful to recommend. Highly recommend Atlas!
Staff are very friendly and helpful. I liked that keys were kept at reception and there was someone to greet you at all times. Breakfast was perfect every time we chose it.
The decoration of the hotel is beautiful and fresh. Our room (standard) while small had everything we needed and was so comfortable. The AC was brilliant! Bathroom was excellent, lovely big shower, although the door did fall off a couple of times.
There is a lift which is small but okay for 2. Room was soundproof and we never heard any traffic or noise.
The beds being 2 single and not connected and not brakes moved around which is not very helpful for romantic moments. I would prefer a kingsize bed so would book elsewhere but only for this one reason. Maybe they could be more explicit about this on the room description or invest in some connectors for the beds and/or some breaks. Even getting in and out of bed meant the beds moved and this unsteadied us a couple of times. Not ideal for older visitors.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, shower was great.
Room itself was a little cramped. The view from the window was to a wall of a different building.
Primera vez en este hotel, y la realidad es que la experiencia fue fantástica, sobretodo porque frente a una solicitud tuve la respuesta indicada y consideraron todo para que la pasemos espectacular!!!
Felicitaciones al equipo de la recepción, todos hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera genial.
Dejo una sugerencia constructiva, traten en las habitaciones más grandes de poner camas más anchas y cambiar los colchones por unos que no sean tan blanditos.
De todas formas volveremos!!!
location in lively area close to restaurants and shops - 2 metro and several bus stops nearby - the Staff is friendly and helpful - we have had several stays here in the past and will return soon

Older property so noise travels, but this is not too disruptive - just a note to guests who are light sleepers
