Clean and quite close to everyting.
Pros:

Great location close to beach. Room very comfortable and clean. Entire apartment was spotless. Everything you needed was available. All questions answered and linens pickup was great. Really liked that did not have to wait to see someone for help. Text were responded to quickly. Thank you for a great room. Anita

Good Quality Stay with Some Needed Improvements
Pros:

A full kitchen with provided cutlery, plates, bowls etc was convenient. Including the nice bedding.

Cons:

The door has no weather stripping, allowing bugs and air to enter/escape. The filter on the AC unit needed to be desperately changed, and the shower drain needs an unclogging agent poured down it to have a better flow

Bad showers that flood the bathroom when used
Cons:

Every time we used the shower it flooded the bathroom. Bad shower design and cramped bathroom layout. We had to use most of the towels we had to clean up.

Excelente estadía, 100% recomendado!!
Pros:

El espacio está perfectamente equipado(estufa, nevera, cafetera, microondas, tostadora, TV) el aire acondicionado es excelente, todo estaba limpio y ordenado, toallas suficientes, productos de aseo personal. Con gusto regresaremos a este hospedaje. Muchas gracias!!!

En la cocina la luz es muy tenue. La Luz blanca será una buena elección.

Great place for a week trip
Pros:

Great location, by the beach and the pier. Close to the few restaurants that are located in kure beach. Very clean, large space, good water pressure in the shower, very kind staff.

Cons:

Sand on floors but it’s the beach so it’s okay.

Hi,

Pertaining to room # 3 - checkout .

First, thank you for hosting my family. My wife, our two-month-old daughter, and I truly enjoyed our stay and had a great opportunity to explore the city. Overall, we had a good experience.

The check-in process was seamless from start to finish, parking was simple and convenient, and the location is excellent. Those three things made the trip very enjoyable and stress-free.

I did want to provide a few pieces of private feedback that I hope are helpful. Since the building is older, I would encourage making pest control a top priority throughout the year. Upon checking into the room, we noticed a few small spider webs, a couple of spiders, and several roaches that we ended up killing ourselves. We found them in both the living room and bedroom areas. It may be related to the window A/C units, which could provide easier access, but I wanted to make you aware.

Also, while the room was generally clean, we did notice that two of the towels provided appeared to be dirty. It wasn’t a major issue—we simply set them aside and used the clean ones—but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Overall, I would rate our stay a 7/10. The biggest strengths were definitely the smooth check-in process, convenient parking, and prime location. With a few property updates, consistent pest control, and a little more attention to room preparation, I believe the experience could easily be even better.

The only reason I mention the pest issue with extra emphasis is because we were traveling with our two-month-old daughter. It would have been a nightmare if she had been bitten by a spider and had experienced a negative reaction.

Thank you again for your hospitality and for hosting our family. We genuinely appreciate it, and despite the concerns mentioned above, we would certainly consider staying with you again in the future.
