Overall, we REALLY loved our stay and had the best time. We really appreciate all the staff that makes this place wonder
Pros:

Everything was awesome! The rooms were so cute, and had a nice full kitchen that made cooking at home easy. The staff were extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean, the location was great (steps away from the beach access) and the price was great. Will definitely come back again!

Cons:

My only complaint is that a 4 person room only had one free parking spot (which we didn’t know until check in). It probably would have affected our decision to book here. However, the owner and the staff ended up hooking us up; but having to pay for extra parking for visitors was not ideal.

There was no main office — all check in was by text or email, but the property manger was very responsive to questions o
Pros:

Loved proximity to the beach, and the pier with souvenir shop and other local restaurants and shops. Was impressed with smart use of space, simple cute beachy decor, freezer was big enough to put not just ice cube trays but two half gallons of icecream! We walked back and forth to all the local spots.

Very nice hotel. This was my second stay and plan on staying again in the future.
Pros:

Very convenient location to the beach without the high cost of being on the beach.

Cons:

For some reason, the room smelled like dill pickles when we walked in. Not sure where the smell came from specifically in the room. We couldn’t find it. The smell did not dissipate, but we did reach out to management and they brought us Lysol, which got rid of the smell.

Would like to see a ice machine on site next visit.

Good stay for the kite festival
Pros:

The room was in a good location and very clean. Absolutely loved the small enclosed and safe dog park next to the motel. It was also very clean. The whole place was cute.

Cons:

There is a discrepancy in what we were sent by Booking.com for the pet fee and what they actually charge. The difference was $10 more but they refunded the difference. The actual pet fee is $45. If you have a large vehicle, we have a 2500, the parking is not adequate for that size vehicle. Luckily we could park on the street. Even our family in a mini van barely had enough room to squeeze out because the spaces are so close.

I would visit again only if the shower floor had been corrected.
Pros:

Location was great, very dog friendly, very responsive to needs.

Cons:

They shower floor is very slippery, one of our group had a pretty bad fall. I sent pictures of the injury along with a suggestion to add traction stickers to the floor and didn't get any response.
