Pros:

The staff were super nice and polite.. Location was far from city center but perfect for my trip purpose.. Also, I liked that the apartment i stayed in had all required amenities..

Cons:

Breakfast choices were very limited, it was mostly Asian food.. Also, they could do better in terms of cleanliness of rooms (dropped something and had to move the bed and found surprises under the bed), and cleanliness of the pool.. Finally, they could probably add some Arabic or International TV channels for non Thai costumers..

Pros:

房間非常寬敞舒適，有微波爐，餐具和一個雙頭爐可供煮食。
淋浴的花灑夠力度，令人非舒暢。
工作人員每位都親切有禮。
早餐很美味。
泳池環境舒適。
附近有便利店，十分方便。

Cons:

酒店距離MRT YL09大約十分鐘路程，可惜整條路只有大概1/10是正常的，其餘的大部份都在修整而掘爛了，完全不好走。估計還有一段長時間才能完成工程。奉勸想訂這酒店的朋友事前最好向酒店了解一下，或不要步行前往。

我訂的是雙床房，近露台的那張床底下4角都有輪子，但卻沒有鎖住，以致一坐上去，床便飄向露台，把我嚇了一大跳。
我把其中兩個輪子鎖定了情况稍為好轉（其餘兩個根本不能固定），但不知是否要方便工作人員清理房間，晚上回去又恢復原狀！

餐廳某些員工的衛生意識較薄弱。
其中一位員工在清理餐枱時，只用手把上一位客人用過的餐墊搖了數下便想將墊子放回餐枱上留待下位人客使用。
但不知她是否知道我看見了，她又將墊子夾。在。她。腋。下。然後拿到存放墊子的枱上備用！真有點令人倒胃！

Le pire hôtel que j’ai pris de ma vie
Pros:

Il vous font croire que tous est gratuit et ils vous font payer absolument tout à la fin.ils font la facture qu’ils veulent et après vous êtes obliger de payer sinon il appelle la police. J’aimerais rajouter que leur climatiseur a couler durant le séjour et qu’il a commencé à lâcher de l’eau partout sur le matelas empêchant donc le client de dormir parce que sinon inondation.catastrophique tous simplement.

A clean older hotel with great staff and some bad guests
Pros:

Conveniently located in Bangkok. Very close to a large mall that has a Harborland and Waterpark. Great for kids and adults. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was extra nice. The staff there are the best!

Cons:

Some of the clients staying there were noisy and rude. The room above ours was extremely noisy. Everyday it was like they were moving furniture around up until midnight. We complained once but it only made it worse. This every night. It’s a shame if it wasn’t for some of the guests, this place would have been fantastic. These same people would trash the pool area every day. Unruly children. We are a family of five, but you’d never know that because our culture taught us to have manners. The Thai, Russian, American, Korean, Japanese and Chinese guests were fine But Middle Eastern culture apparently doesn’t teach manners. Screaming down from the balconies to the pool. Leaving trash. No class.

הטרקלין בכניסה שהיה נעים ופיתוח עד הערב - עם קפה, תה ועוגיות.
