Séjour d'une nuit très agréable .
Pros:

Nous avons aimé le cadre agréable et calme, le confort, la propreté , la place de parking privée ainsi que la proximité du bus pour aller au centre de Constance.

Recommended for family stay.
Pros:

Good location with bus stop is just outside the residence with regular bus connections to Konstanz city centre. They also provide Bodensee west card with which city travel is free and you get avail discount on other tickets. Underground Parking facility available. It is Quiet place and has friendly staff.

Cons:

The cleaner accidentally threw away our plastic bag of our laundry clothes after mistaking it for rubbish. I brought the issue to the owner's attention immediately, but unfortunately, the garbage had already been collected and our laundry clothes could not be recovered.

Pros:

La disponibilità del proprietario: ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni per i dintorni. Struttura pulita e colazione ottima. Di fronte ferma un bus che porta in centro e all' isola di Mainau

Cons:

È un po' nascosta nel giardino: abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovarlo in quanto non ben segnalato.

Pros:

La struttura era organizzata in modo molto funzionale. Il quartiere dove si trova è molto tranquillo e poco distante dal centro storico. L’accoglienza del nostro ospite è stata fantastica, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e la nostra stanza era molto pulita e spaziosa. Ottima la colazione che c’è stata offerta.

I strongly recommend this hotel
Pros:

Spacious room (Plenty of space for our luggage), beds and pillows very comfortable. Very handy and clean bathroom with room to put our toiletries, and space to hang the towels provided by the hotel. Shampoo and soap are also provided by the hotel.
There were even a fridge in our room as well as glasses, mugs and spoons, however I don't know if it is the case in every room
Very quiet room, didn't hear noises from outside or inside the hotel.
The breakfast is served in a nice room-veranda surrounded by trees. Breakfast was very good with varied and fresh range of food.
The hotel is surrounded by trees and flowers and 2 min walk from the bus stop. The hotel provides public transportation free pass for tourists (the fees are included in the taxe).
There was also a free underground parking for our car. This parking closes with an automatic fence, so the parking is very secure.
The staff gave us all the information needed at our arrival.

Cons:

The only thing missing for us would have been a kettle with some tea bags and digestives (cookies or biscuits) to eat in the evening before going to bed :)

Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Der Herr ist wohl alleine und muss alles regeln.
Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Cons:

Deshalb kommt das ein oder andere doch zu kurz.
Es war nicht besonders sauber.
