Comfortable, clean, well maintained, safe and secure and perfect for travelling through Oban.
Pros:

It’s very convenient, properly cared for and does what it says on the tin!

Cons:

You have to accept there are no windows which some may not like, but that’s part of the property description.I don’t mind.

Cosy.
Pros:

I liked the shower and the bed was very comfortable . The lack of windows allowed me to have an exceptionally restful sleep.

Great for one night stay.
Pros:

Great value, good location. This is really good value for money. Everything you need for one night stay.Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There isnt any parking. It would be helpful if there was clearer guide to this online.

Living in a Box.
Pros:

Quirky.
Perfect location in the middle of Oban.
Clean. Good shower.
Aircon was fantastic.

Cons:

Pretty pricey, but it was available during a busy week. Oban Games were on.
There are no windows, not a problem but I would suggest fitting a timed light that mimics sunrise. I think more than 3 nights here would destroy your body clock.

great place and somewhere we shall be using every time now
Pros:

As a ferry enthusiast who likes a quick pint and a meal in between trips the location is exceptional. Easy to access, the rooms are so convenient.
We didn't meet any staff but the communication via email was great. The door and room lockson your email was so useful

The location was very good! The price was great. The room was small, but we expected that, and it was put together nicely. The bathroom was a good size and was clean and the showerhead was nice. And although there were no windows (again, as we expected because they made us aware before we booked) there was plenty of lighting in the room.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn't ideal was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. There is a warning on the door about keeping the door closed before, during and after showers so as not to set off emergency alarm.

Great value-for-money, let down by the fiddly mobile key system.
Pros:

Location was excellent next to the CalMac ferry terminal. Room was clean and serviceable - above and beyond, and in much better condition, than many other 2-star or even 3-star properties.

Cons:

The keycard/guest access system was dodgy and took several hours to resolve. The staff couldn't be quickly contacted through any means but a phone call - WhatsApp communication would have made this a lot easier to coordinate. Room also wasn't as quiet as I'd hoped and could use better soundproofing.

Clean and comfortable room in an ideal location
Pros:

Perfect location for ferries and shops/ pubs. Details about how to get in worked perfectly. Room was really comfortable especially due to air con.

Cons:

Slight ongoing noise from restaurant above / thin walls to neighbouring rooms but not really an issue for us.
