Practical, tidy and clean accommodation
Pros:

- Clear and timely communication about check-in
- Very clean room
- Small but practical room (small table, kettle, TV, space under bed)
- Good sized bathroom with hot shower
- Very comfortable bed with warm duvet
- Very solid bunk bed, you don’t feel the movement of the other person in the top bunk bed
- Close to ferry

Brilliant
Pros:

Loved the ship theme and hoe central it was to not only the main town but right on the pier so easy access to the ferries to the Islands l didnt need to travel further to get to the ferry. The rooms were very clean and warm and comfortable l would recommend the pier rooms and l certainly will be back when travelling home to Barra on the ferry

Very nice stay
Pros:

The cabin style decor was fitting with the location. It was very clean.

Cons:

The noise of the fan/air conditioning system. Even when off, it made a noise. However, it wasn't awful but one night having that noise was enough.

2 person bunk room. Clean, en suite. And suited our needs perfectly for access to next day ferry.

Well presented room - no windows which didn’t bother me but might others Excellent shower and comfortable bunk bed
Pros:

Location excellent

Cons:

Wee bit of an issue getting in to property but staff were responsive on phone and quickly sorted out

There was a tv but no remote - was too tired to watch so not a big issue

Great central location for seafood shops and central Oban

Calm accommodation centrally between the train station and harbour.
Pros:

Central location, comfortable room, and much storage underneath the bed.

Clean comfortable and staff on the phone are great!
Pros:

Perfect for the night, comfortable, clean, spacious and had everything needed. Didn’t mind the lack of window for the night.

Cons:

Access can be tricky. But the staff on the phone were very helpful!

Not so good
Pros:

Right on ferry port

Cons:

Staff were horrible and extremely unhelpful. Locked myself out of room and i had to walk round to there restaurant were they spoke to me like Sh*te in front of other customers
