Pros:

We could not stay due to a strong offensive odour running throughout the hotel. We had prepaid for our one night stay, but all attempts to receive a refund were refused. Although the staff at check in were understanding, we had to seek compensation through Booking. com. Their attempts were repeatedly refuted. Because our booking was not directly with the hotel, we were unable to get a satisfactory result from the staff while we were there. Dealing with a 3rd party, in this case, was a negative. Being caught in the middle was both frustrating and unproductive. Anyway, we are the ones having to pay for two separate stays for the same night. I don’t think that Radisson Blu will be our choice in the future.

Pros:

We had a lovely overnight stay before our long flight home. The hotel is located very close to Heathrow Airport. Our room was clean and comfortable and staff were professional and welcoming. We enjoyed a great dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Dreadful from booking to check in and throughout.

Several things.
1. My original booking was cancelled by either the hotel or Booking.com. This was never clarified.
2. i rebooked - the reservation was for my wife and son, travelling from Heathrow. However, when they got to the hotel, the reception staff told my wife that her room had been cancelled. She tried to show them the booking confirmation but they were not interested.
3. I have been charged for the rooms that were cancelled, AS WELL AS Booking.com having taken payment for the reboked rooms. So I have been charged twice.
4. My wife was given a room in the end. But it was a tiny room, at the very end of the corridor.
5. Food was average and very expensive.
6. Staff member was rude and not listening.
