A few of the staff were semi-helpful, but overall, the professional level of all the staff we encountered needs considerable improvement. Speaking to another guest, they kept repeating that the staff are not nice and are far from customer-friendly. Lovely hotel close to the airport and a couple of eateries, lovely big comfy bed.
The key card to enter our room kept failing we had to have it replaced 3 times.

A door in the room is shared between the two rooms and the guest next door who happened to be in a suite had people over and were loud until midnight. I was jet lagged and exhausted and didn’t feel like calling the front desk or checking where the noise came from. It was not easy to figure out the AC inside the room and location is a bit farther from the airport but other than that, everything was fine

The check-in process was more cumbersome than expected and could be made smoother. The staff could also improve their customer service by being more welcoming and responsive to guests.

Carpets were filthy , very hard to pull the cases on the carpet and rooms were a long way from the lifts.

it was close to the airport. shuttle service to Terminal 2 and 3 every half hour
typical airport hotel. stained carpets in the hallways. restaurant was ok. desk staff were okay. on shuttle to airport I noticed several other clise to the airport options. i would try a different hotel next time
Location close to T3 Heathrow.
We booked months ago. Room not ready at check in. Waited an hour. Still no double room as booked. Accepted lesser solution because it was apparent we were not going to get what we paid for. Restaurant noisy and expensive but good meal.
