הזמנתי חדר של מעשנים כבר לפני 7 חודשים ולא נתנו לי שהגעתי וגם שמו אותי בבנין מרוחק שצריך לעלות בשתי מעליות וגם יש הליכה קצת התאכזבתי
אני כבר פעם רביעית במלון הזה והפעם התאכזבתי ויש להם חדרים של מעשנים
