Было хорошо всё!
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение! Большой и эстетичный номер. Великолепный бассейн на первом этаже. Приятный персонал. Брали у них байк, дешевле чем в ближайших местах.

Leuke ligging mooie kamer, maar jammer van het ontbijt

Verder waren de kamers schoon.

Khách sạn nhỏ với thiết kế bên trong dễ chịu. Gia đình tôi ở phòng gia đình rộng rãi khá đầy đủ tiện nghi

Phòng không có bàn trang điểm, không có gương trong phòng. 1 vùng sàn phòng tôi ở bị hấp hơi nước lạnh nên lúc nào cũng ẩm ướt, tôi đoán là do hệ thống máy điều hòa ở tầng dưới gây nên. Ks thiết kế 1 khu vực nhỏ trong phòng làm khu để tủ quần áo và để cho khách lưu trú có không gian riêng tư sửa soạn đồ tuy nhiên không gian này tại phòng tôi ở có mùi khai khá nặng :( khách sạn có ít phòng ít khách lưu trú nên ăn sáng món ít không đa dạng.

Красивый отель, приветливый персонал, готовый помочь. Мы оставили кошелек в автобусе, так нам сразу предложили, чтоб они позвонили в компанию.

Cons:

1) Уборка плохая, пол был грязным.
2)полотенца рванные, с дырками, и они внешне грязные, просто уже не отстирываются.
3) наволочки в таком же состоянии.

Staff are horrible

DO NOT STAY HERE! staff were extremely rude and didn’t help with anything. The lift was broken when we arrived. The only nice thing was the one man on the door who helped us with our bags on arrival and departure and greeted us everyday.
We arranged a transfer through the hotel from the airport and the driver never requested payment he said goodbye and got back into the car. we presumed it was going to be added to our bill as it was made with the hotel.
We received a text after check out that we needed to pay it and had to come back to the hotel, we did with no problem but were told we ‘should’ve known’.
Pool is located in the lobby which is fine as we knew this when booking but the rooms are located above lobby with an outdoor feel meaning we could hear kids screaming and jumping into pool. Rooms could benefit with a second door such as a porch system.

Convenient location near beach, convince stores and restaurants. Staff were kind and helped with cash and money confusion. Also, very clean and breakfast included.

Need more space
Pros:

Cheated by Booking.com, reviews and advertisements, not value for money, we should have paid another 20-30% more to stay in better hotel, Booking.com should avoid doing false statements on the adds.

Cons:

Expectation was a better hotel based on photos with value for money, spoiled the mood of holiday.May be a good place for budget,stay .Booking.com should show more better places
