L'emplacement, un accueil 24/24, un bon rapport qualité/prix.
Chambre petite, manque d'isolation phonique avec les autres chambres.
Voglio però spezzare una lancia a favore di due aspetti positivi fondamentali: la posizione centralissima, vicinissima alla ferrovia e comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città, e soprattutto la disponibilità e la gentilezza eccezionale del personale, sempre accogliente e pronto a dare una mano per qualsiasi cosa.
Ho soggiornato due notti all'Hotel De Ross
i di Bari e, a differenza di altre esperienze ben più piacevoli, qui purtroppo ci sono diversi aspetti che non vanno.
La struttura è molto vecchia e avrebbe urgentemente bisogno di un profondo svecchiamento e rinfrescata generale. Le camere sono datate e presentano diverse criticità: in alcune si nota della muffa negli angoli con il conseguente odore sgradevole, e i climatizzatori sono vecchi, ingialliti e faticano a funzionare correttamente. A peggiorare le cose, la disposizione dei bagni che affacciano su una tromba interna è davvero infelice, con totale assenza di circolo d'aria. L'atmosfera generale, a tratti quasi "macabra", non è aiutata da un rapporto qualità-prezzo che purtroppo non torna: non è economica per quello che offre.
The property has a great location, close to the Old Town, with great places to eat and have coffee nearby. The front desk is open 24/7, which is nice, as you don't have to worry about losing your key. Although sometimes you have to ring the number on the door to enter or leave the hotel, the staff usually comes quickly. The room was clean, and the toiletries (hand soap and two shower gels/shampoos) were restocked daily, but I would still recommend bringing some of your own if you need more. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. The air conditioning worked well. Also note that you have to pay the city tax in cash.
My main complaint is that there were ants on the floor in my room. I didn't eat there, but there was a crumb left in the corner behind the desk (although the room was generally clean), so the ants came from inside the wall. When I pointed this out to the hotel staff for the first time and showed them the ants while leaving in the morning, there were even more ants when I came back in the evening. They were cleaned up after I asked the second time, though. The building is old, which is understandable, and you could hear other guests very clearly. I found the price a bit high for the value. I would recommend it for staying a few nights.

La ubicación es muy buena, a pasos de la terminal, cómodo, limpio y muy buena atención.
