A gem at this price.
Pros:

Central location (in the grubby old town); clean, modern rooms; good WIFI, very friendly and helpful staff; a decent breakfast every morning. The room was a decent size and for the price this is a gem. The adjoining cafe, (not open Sundays until mid afternoon) is pleasant too, with a reasonable range of food and drink.

Cons:

The hotel is pleasant and modern but the city area around it is dirty. As with many hotels in the region, the bare, tiled hallways meant that all sound echoed loudly (in the middle of the night). Other than that, no complaints.

Cons:

I hate to leave bad reviews but this place just isn't very nice. I've stayed twice and both times my room on an upper floor was very hot and the AC couldn't cool it down. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant is not good.

Net hotel, schoon, bedden zijn prima, badkamer is goed. Personeel is fantastisch, ook in het biz café is het prima vertoeven als je een drankje wil drinken.

Prima vertoeven voor kort verblijf.
Pros:

Fijne locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Bizcafé is leuk en dagelijks locale bezoekers.

Cons:

Er was geen waterkoker op de kamer. Gesproken met receptionist en ze zouden het brengen. Helaas niet gebeurd.

Pros:

Fijn hotel in het centrum van Ambon. Goede prijskwaliteit verhouding. Kamer was schoon en rustig. Personeel is erg vriendelijk (Vian) en denkt met je mee. Vian is uitzonderlijk betrokken, behulpzaam en de ster van het hotel. Het hotel is zeker een aanrader als je verblijft in het centrum van Ambon.

Het ontbijt is goed en lekker met veel variaties👍
Wat betreft de locatie is prima heel fijn dicht bij het cetrum

Cons:

Wij missen alleen een lekkere lounche voor een gezellige middag/ avond..
Het algemene toilet mag ook een extra onderhoud hebben .
