Идеальное месторасположение отеля и довольно рядом пляж, за который не надо отдельно платить, как в других странах Европы. Отдельно стоит отметить, что даже в обед, есть свободные лежаки и зонтик. Большой выбор на еды завтрак. Хороший интернет в отели, даже не пляже. Приветливый персонал. Много заведений вокруг отеля для приема пиши и проведения досуга вечером.
Есть сложности при общении с персоналом на ресепшен с языком для коммуникации. Не смогла попасть в бассейн от отеля. По утрам в коридоре кричали дети и им никто не делал замечание, похоже, что их родители в коридор отправили, чтобы они не мешали взрослым отдыхать. Это очень мешало утром спать. Не всегда убирали номер и учитывая, что в ванной установлен бойлер для нагрева воды, не всегда хватала горячей воды на двоих. В номере отеля есть маленькая кухня, но при этом нет столовых приборов или штопора для вина, а также отсутствуют салфетки в номере.

Our room exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The bathroom was large and modern, and the balcony offered a stunning sea view. The spa and indoor pool were also outstanding and became one of the highlights of our stay.
The hotel’s location is excellent, and the price is fair for a five-star property. The staff were always friendly, polite, and willing to help.
Although the staff were friendly, the overall level of service did not quite match what we would expect from a five-star hotel. The same applies to breakfast. There was a good selection of food, and complimentary Prosecco was a nice touch, but the overall quality of the dishes could be improved.
The biggest disappointment was the way a lost item was handled. We accidentally left a pair of sunglasses on a sunbed by the spa pool, but they were never recovered. Unfortunately, nobody seemed genuinely interested in helping us investigate what had happened. Since this area is expected to be covered by security cameras, we hoped for a more proactive response. Even if another guest had taken them, we expected greater effort from the hotel to assist us.
