Pool was way smaller than the pictures.

The reception staff were extremely unfriendly. Even a simple greeting seemed to be too much to expect.

Our room had a connecting door. Although we were offered a different room after we complained, it raises the question of why such a room is assigned to guests in the first place. The sound insulation through the connecting door was practically non-existent. We could hear every single word from the neighbouring room and even the sounds from their mobile phones, as if the other guests were standing inside our own room. A relaxing stay was simply impossible.

The breakfast is in no way worthy of a five-star hotel. The selection is very limited, repetitive, and disappointing in terms of quality.

What was particularly incomprehensible was that construction work was carried out during the day while guests were relaxing on the beach. The beach showers were turned off, and tiles were being cut for two full days. The resulting noise was completely unacceptable for a hotel in this category.

The garage is outrageously overpriced at €35 per day. Even worse, however, is the organisation. Every single time I had to get out of my car because the reception staff were apparently unable to remember either my vehicle or my licence plate, even though I had shown them my room key. On one occasion, an employee even refused to let me enter the garage despite my valid authorisation. Only after a heated argument, during which I pointed out my vehicle on his own list, did he silently open the garage door.

The service also leaves a great deal to be desired. A vase fell to the floor and shattered in the lobby, yet the reception staff simply stood there watching instead of cleaning up the broken glass immediately.

Overall, the entire hotel feels unfinished and cheaply built. Many areas appear to have been constructed in a hurry, and in some places even standard IKEA tiles have been used (I was able to see the packaging because they were cutting the tiles in the middle of the afternoon).

הזמנו 2 חדרים, סוויטה משפחתית גדולה וחדר קגיל. בחדר הרגעל לא עבד המזגן 5 ימים!!! כל יום הבטיחו לתקן עד הבוקר ולא קרה. בנוסף היה ריח של ביוב בחדר (לא ברור מאיפה...אולי שטיחים או מקלחת ). הם שמו ריחן שלא עזר ורק איוורור של החדר לחצי שעה "ניקה" את הריח.
המזל שהיה חנו חדר משפחה אחד ענק, בו היינו כל היום
רק בלילה היה מבאס בחדר הלא ממוזג והמריח לא טוב...

The entire stay was very disappointing.

When we checked in, the staff offered us a welcome drink. However, as soon as we told them what we wanted, the first question they asked was, “How would you like to pay?” That completely defeated the purpose of it being a welcome drink.

The biggest issue was that we had no hot water—not even warm water—even though it was May. We reported the problem several times, but nothing was done to resolve it. We were told that a technician would come to inspect the issue, but no one ever showed up. As a result, we had to spend the night without being able to take a shower.

The following day, we spoke to the manager, and all we received was a simple apology. There was no attempt to make up for the inconvenience or offer any solution.

To make matters worse, the hotel’s photos are misleading. They make the swimming pool look large, but in reality it is very small and has only about six sun beds. On top of that, the pool area hardly gets any sunlight.

Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

Gym was a little small but not a deal breaker. I liked everything else

Hotel beach is not a "private beach", as advertised. So, it is not hotel guests only as you may expected, everyone can pay 30 eur for pair off sunbeds and come there, making beach a bit more crowded than expected.
Last day before check out we asked for two capsules for esspresso machine to have a coffee in the room before a long drive home. After two calls, we've got it after 40 minutes, just before we needed to leave the room.
