Great location, needs updating and morning breakfast
Pros:

Location, friendly staff and of course the Beatle theme

Cons:

Room was dated, furniture worn, beds not comfortable and singles are small. There was no air flow in the room. Breakfast was poor, tried to charge me extra for having poached eggs.

Another Fab stay in this Fab Hotel.
Pros:

Always a brilliant stay , the hotel is ideally situated , close to Matthew Street close to shops. The staff are very helpful, nothing too much for them , value for money , the breakfast serves a good selection of food , plenty to set your day up. Would highly recommend, back again in November can’t wait.

Breakfast wasn’t restocked or tables cleared

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t working, we were told it was temperamental but it clearly wasn’t working we had a fan but it wasn’t great.
No bottled water in the room

Beatles friendly
Pros:

L'emplacement était parfait, par rapport au centre de Liverpool et la grande proximité avec Mathew Street. Le lit était particulièrement confortable.

Cons:

Le balcon avait trop de vis à vis latéral pour être vraiment apprécié. Un frigo aurait été le bienvenu. La décoration sur le thème Beatles aurait pu être plus poussée qu'un simple cadre au dessus du lit (avec John & Yoko, dans notre cas).
Peu d'interactions avec le personnel, sauf à l'arrivée où nous avons été un peu déstabilisés par le côté pince-sans-rire de l'employé d'accueil. L'humour british, OK, mais là, c'était peut-être un peu too much d'entendre "La réponse est NON", avant de dire quoi que ce soit, puis "Quelle que soit la question, la réponse est NON". Cela n'a pas empêché l'hôtel de garder notre valise avant que ce ne soit l'heure de pouvoir accéder à notre chambre.

Great location, good reception staff, but avoid breakfast.

Cons:

Balcony at rear of building a little tired. Breakfast experience was awful. Hardly anything left (hot or cold) at 9.00am, had to sort through empty cereal packets to find some with contents. Hotplate had not much to offer for vegetarians, beans had run out, waited then I had to ask. I asked about mushrooms, told there weren't any left at all. Then when beans arrived, there were no plates. Pastries had gone except for one crushed croissant. The cold plate with fruit etc was woeful, with a tray of scrappy pieces of cheese, etc. The restaurant seemed disorganised, and lacking in so many basics.
