There was nothing to dislike ❤️🎶🐝
The air conditioning was not working, which was unfortunate as it was the hottest day of the year and the room on the top floor was like an oven. However, Mahmoud was able to find me an alternative room on a lower floor that was much cooler which saved my visit and allowed me a good nights sleep. He also gave me a free drink voucher for the bar. I’d like to commend his excellent customer service.

Almost nothing. Decent location. Staff was nonchalant about things that were wrong.
The air conditioning was broken. The windows would not open. The fans were so child proof that no wind came out of them. Our room was literally an oven with no airflow. It was hard to breathe and impossible to sleep. Scrambled eggs were watery powder.

Didn’t stay and found alternative accommodation as a/c not working and unbearable temperature on 5th floor
Great to stay in here in The Beatles Hotel. Location was great.
No aircon and the room was very hot indeed. We complained and they brought up a fan and free water, lemonade and a beer which was very helpful. But it was still uncomfortable.

Rooms were absolutely boiling. We’re told air con is struggling to cope with the heat. Was given a small fan. Horrendous nights sleep.
