Beautiful property, with great staff.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and ever ready to help us. The apartment was comfortable and clean.
The pool was beautiful.

Cons:

The driver dropped us at the wrong place in the Naples port, so we had to get a taxi to the right part of the port. Not the fault of the property but the driver.

Très beau séjour dans un cadre magnifique, avec seulement quelques petits points à améliorer.
Pros:

* La vue est imprenable, la situation est vraiment très belle.
* Point de départ idéal pour visiter Capri.
* Le personnel est très gentil.
* Le personnel du restaurant et la qualité des plats étaient vraiment parfaits.
* Malgré ces quelques points d’attention, nous avons vraiment apprécié l’accueil à notre arrivée ainsi que notre séjour dans son ensemble.

Cons:

Points négatifs :

* Nous apprécions un contact chaleureux et un peu plus attentionné, et cela nous a quelque peu manqué.
* L’hôtel et ses environs mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.
* Il manque un coffre-fort pour mettre à l’abri les objets de valeur.
* Il y avait beaucoup d’enfants, donc c’est plutôt un hôtel familial, assez bruyant à certains moments.
