Pros:

We used the property like a condo rental and for the purpose of getting out to see the area it was perfect.

Cons:

Restaurants nearby are limited, but if you walk 500 yards you can eat anything you can think of or want.

Suficiente
Pros:

La proximidad a las estaciones, de metro, de tren de cercanías JR en Ueno Station y muy importante, la del tren que conduce hasta el aeropuerto de Narita el Keisei Skyliner, también en Ueno, con estación independiente.

Cons:

Mala ventilación e iluminación natural de las habitaciones.
Un Karaoke funciona hasta tarde en la cercanía.

Pros:

有洗衣機，冰箱，電磁爐，該有的基本都有，如同單身套房（十幾年前唸書住過類似的租賃套房），可惜忘了拍照。

Cons:

建議有部分地方還是得請清潔人員清掃，如：空氣清淨機過濾網及其擺放位置底部四周都有棉絮灰塵。（可以的話，建議每月床底下也清一下，手機掉下去縫裡，撿起來的手機都是灰塵，整體還是非常棒的。

Convenient location, be vigilant with safety.
Pros:

Convenient location in Ueno which is on the Yamanote line (train loop line) and Keiser skyline airport (direct line) to Narita Airport. Clean facilities, great for families (2a, 5yo and 3yo). Washer/dryer and used the luggage storage facilities on check out.

Cons:

Cumbersome check-in process. Had pre-registered details online weeks prior to arrival and kept receiving auto-generated messages about needing to “check-in”. Had to clarify with staff if there was an issue, but told messages are sent automatically. Check in process should be streamlined given the premium cost of the accomodation (approx $700AUD/night- Sakura season). Surprised to see an attendant at the counter on arrival, as there’s a strong emphasis on the “self check-in” process. Counter staff barely smiled or greeted us during our stay. Also, constant messages from Hotel asking for a positive review.

No room tidy service or new bathroom towels for our stay (4nights). No tea towels for the kitchenette which isnt ideal if you plan to use the facilities. Slippers could be provided as they ask you not to wear shoes on the carpet.

No attendant at the counter desk in the late evenings. Be vigilant as the front entrance door to the hotel can be access by anyone from the street. There is no swipe card/ or PIN code to the front door and no card access is required to use the elevator! Be sure you activate the pin pad code to “lock” on your apartment door, it does not lock automatically when the door is closed. Alarming safety/security issues for a hotel that brands itself as a premium accommodation offering.

It was a comfortable stay at a convenient location
Pros:

The room and facilities there were very clean.

Cons:

When we asked for one extra pillow for more comfortable neck support, the staff didn’t seem very helpful and just said “we don’t offer”, without giving us a reason.
