The terrace on the sea was nice
Room was not clean. There was black mold all around the sink and shower. It was honestly disgusting. Safe was not working, we needed to ask them to unlock it. The balcony door was broken, we needed to tell them to fix it, which they did by drilling holes into it to install the flimsy temporary lock. Staff either overly friendly or sleeping passed out on the reception couch.

Окна выходили на скалу и соседний отель(впритык)
Хороший бич Клаб, отличный вид из seaview. Цены на еду немного завышены, но как и везде в каше последнее время. Вкусно, персонал заботливый. Завтраки на четверку, мясного мало, по заказу яйца.
Нет лифта, очень тяжело ходить на 5 этаж

Sea View Hotel is the perfect spot in Kas. You can walk to the old town very easily, and there are lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and bars next to the hotel. The best part is the sea deck and sunbeds. It was busy and VERY hot, but the staff always managed to get us 6 beds near eachother. They are attentive with food and drink orders. We had lunch on the sunbeds which was great. We stayed 3 nights, and we actually wished we could have stayed longer. We had a car, and, despite the busy area, the hotel just told us to park right outside the front door. The rooms were lovely and spacious with very comfortable beds, and amazing views of the water. We stayed in kalkan for a few nights after Kas, and wish we'd just stayed in Kas. The water is so clear and incredible to swim in everywhere in Kas, and the old town is so lovely.
There is no lift, so the poor man who had to carry our suitcases up the stairs (4 levels!) on a 36 degree (Celsius) day was very impressive. I would not have wanted to do that on my own. We carried our own suitcases down when we checked out and it's definitely not an easy feat.
Location and staff were excellent! I will highly recommend this hotel. Ahmed was very kind and helpful during our weeklong stay.

Вкусная еда, тут действительно сервируют Турецкий завтрак для каждого гостя.
Пляжная зона топ, удобные шезлонги, полотенца, зонтики. Свой ресторан, готовят вкусно. Мы в восторге и будем рекомендовать этот отель

The deluxe room (room 504) was beautiful with a large balcony offering amazing views, even from the shower. The beach bar/ tanning deck was great. The location is very good, being within close proximity to the harbour and the old town.
There is no lift and being on the fifth floor means a lot of climbing every day.
Близко к центру, имеется свой бич клаб, из-за течения вода ледяная…Красивый вид на море с 3 этажа.
Уборка в номере не каждый день, нужно было просить чтобы убрались. В ванной плесень возле раковины..Воду забывали ставили..Слышимость ужасная , отовсюду слышно , особенно как люди поднимаются по лестнице.. За ночь просыпались 3 раза от того, что кто-то поднимался громко, потом хлопал дверью и говорил у себя в номере…Завтрак посредственный.. есть с чем сравнить, так как первую ночь провели в другом отеле дешевле гораздо, но по этом там был лифт, идеальная чистота в номере, также свой бич клаб и завтрак турецкий с огромным выбором и очень вкусный. Поэтому заявленная стоимость этого отеля не соответствует качеству…
Close to the center
The air conditioning in our room was not working, and we spent five days in a 35-degree hot box. The worst part is that nobody took care of it, even though we repeatedly asked for help.

Очень плохие завтраки . Вода в море намного холоднее чем в соседних местах , видимо в этом месте бьют какие то ключики . В соседнем калкане вода на 5-6 градусов теплее . Обеды тоже отвратительные и цены завышены

Завтрак хотелось бы поразнообразнее.

Quieter - great view and great swim spot
A slight walk up the hill away from town
The breakfast was amazing, very wide selection. Fruits and veggies were super fresh. The sea front chairs were super comfortable and the amenities were excellent. Staff was so helpful and attentive. The rooms were very clean and newly modelled.
The location of the hotel was the best. So close to everything in the city. Overall a fantastic place that we'll be back to.
The sundeck over the sea was really lovely .
The breakfast, which was served as a turkey style breakfast spread, was very good.
The rooms were on the small side.
The cost for food at the beach club were very overpriced , which is a pity as we ended up going elsewhere for lunch most days.
