Das ist keinesfalls ein 4-Sterne-Hotel!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral - sehr gut!
Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Frühstück bot kaum Auswahl und war echt mies.
Wir buchten ein Deluxe-Zimmer und bekamem ein Standart-Zimmer. Dieses war wohl nicht gereinigt. Im Zimmer lag bspw. ein gebrauchtes Kondom am Boden und das Badezimmer war noch von den Vorgängern verschmutzt. Nach unserer Reklamation wurde alles sehr gut gereinigt. Man verrechnete uns selbstverständlich nur das Standart-Zimmer und schenkte uns eine Übernachtung.
Das Hotelpersonal betand darauf, dass wir vorgängig bezahlen. Kaum haben wir bezahlt, nahm man uns die Klimaanlage aus dem Zimmer und liess nur noch eine defekte da.
Beim Auschecken wollte das Personal nochmals einkassieren und verhielt sich uns gegenüber frech. Dank der aufbewahrten Quittung konnten wir belegen, dass wir beteits bezahlt haben.

Местоположение отличное, но обстановка в номере требует улучшения.
Pros:

Местоположение на твердую 10-ку.
Неплохой завтрак, хорошего кофе правда нет - но это по всей Монголии похоже так. Приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Очень нестабильная работа Wi-Fi.
Нет кондиционера в номере. Для отеля уровня 4 звезды это очень странно.
Всего одна розетка в номере. В неё включён удлинитель, пользоваться тоже неудобно.
В шкафу для одежды только одна вешалка. Одежду развесить некуда даже одному путешественнику.
В целом уровню 4 звезды не соответствует, 3 звезды это максимум.

Stayed here one night in july
Pros:

Clean room, good location and service.
We were here in july. There was a teapot, a mini-fridge, a fan and air conditioning in our room.

Cons:

One downside was that we could hear the traffic during the night.
It was difficult to charge our mobile phones because the connection to the power outlet kept cutting out.

basisniveau maar rustig en schoon en centraal gelegen.
Pros:

Ontbijtkeuze is niet bijzonder maar voldoende.
Voor goede koffie ga je naar de coffee corner in de lobby.

Cons:

Niet alles op de (basic) kamer werkte even goed - kreeg wel een andere kamer toen electronisch deurslot niet meer werkte.

スフバートル広場やモンゴル国立博物館が近く、立地がよかった。
朝食が無料だった。

Cons:

停電があり、その後、wifiが使えなくなった。何度かスタッフさんへお伝えしたが、復旧しなかった。
お風呂に湯を溜めたら錆びている湯が出た。
お湯が出ない日があった。スタッフさんへお伝えしたが、改善しなかった。
使用済みのコップが清掃後に交換されていない日があった。
包布が破れていた。
