وسط السوق وتواضع الخدمات
Pros:

موقعه ممتاز في قلب شيشلي أحد المواقع الحيوية في اسطنبول
قرب الأسواق والمطاعم والصرافين والصيدليات منه
سعة الغرفة نسبيا وان كان تأثيثها قديم
الحرص على الأمان
وفروا شفرة حلاقة وفرشتي أسنان خلال اقامتي اسبوعا عندهم
خزنوا حقائبي عندهم حتى الثانية ظهرا موعد مغادرتي وأنا غادرت الغرفة في العاشرة صباحا للتنزه في جواهر مول القريب من الفندق والإفطار والصلاة فيه
عزل نوافذ الغرفة جيد يمنع كثيرا من الضوضاء

Cons:

1- لم يغيروا أردية السرير عن من سبقني مع أن إقامتي سبع ليالي ونمت على رداء سرير ومخدة مستعملتين لم تغسلا منا أشعرني بالتقزز
2- تصميم الغرف والممرات قديم من عهد مضى
3- لابد أن تستعجل في ركوب سيارة الأجرة أو تنزل لأن بوابة الفندق على الشارع مباشرة وهو مكتظ بالسيارات والأمر أصعب عند تنزيل الحقائب أو حملها
4- الصرامة في موضوع وقت الخروج المحدد ولا مجال لزيادة وقت اضطراري قليل
5- البطء الشديد في إجابة الطلبات مثل احتجت قارورة ماء أسهل لك أن تخرج وتشتري من أن تطلبهم مع أنهم لايضعون سوى قارورتين صغيرتين
6- الواقع أني لا أراه خيارا جيدا لي للإقامة مستقبلا
7- خدمات الفندق ومرافقه لا ترقى إطلاقا لمستوى خمسة نجوم

Amazing hotel, it's excellent value for money facilities are fantastic and clean and the location is very good aswell with it being near everything but not busy and loud like the other tourist areas.

It’s a really good value for money and stuff is helpful
Pros:

They have really good equipment in the gym which is rare, the stuff is really helpful and friendly, the room are comfortable and nice.

Cons:

The big disadvantage is the spa - it’s nice but you’re not able to actually use anything. The sauna needs to be booked before hand and the swimming pool is super cold. It says 28 degree but it’s not. Also the small pool you see on the pictures is a child pool, not a jacuzzi. We specifically chose this hotel cause it looked nice, have a great location and spa side but unfortunately we weren’t able to use anything there.
