Чудове місце розташування. Близько до пляжу та в затишному та охайному районі . В квартирі та на території чисто та доглянуто, є все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку. Персонал ввічливий та привітний, особливо охоронець, який зустрів і провів )

Cons:

Не почистваха пода в стаята. Дори след молба стаята да бъде почистена, се оправяха леглата.
След молба за ютия ми я предоставиха за една вечер, няколко пъти ми напомниха да я занеса на сутринта. Престоят ни беше 6 нощувки.
Постригваха храстите много рано сутринта (около 8 часа).

Problems can happen. How they are handled matters.

I cannot recommend this property based on the way my complaint was handled.
After the first night of my stay, I discovered a stained mattress with an unpleasant odour. I documented it immediately with high-resolution photographs and reported it to reception the following day. Later during my stay, I also documented greasy residue on the bathroom wall.
From the beginning, I made every reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly with the hotel. I was initially informed that a joint inspection could be arranged. The following day I deliberately left enough time before leaving the property so that such an inspection could take place. However, another receptionist informed me that it was no longer necessary. At my own initiative, I proposed sending all photographs via WhatsApp instead, which I did immediately. I later submitted a formal written complaint together with the complete documentation.
What disappointed me most was not the existence of the problem itself, but the way it was handled. Despite the photographic evidence I provided, the hotel repeatedly maintained that there were no visible stains or hygiene deficiencies. Their final decision relied entirely on their own inspections, internal records and staff statements, while my photographic documentation did not alter their position.
The hotel ultimately rejected my complaint, refused any financial compensation and formally closed the case.
My advice to future guests is simple: inspect your room carefully immediately after check-in, photograph anything unusual immediately and keep all communication in writing. If a dispute arises later, your own documentation may become your only independent evidence.
