Da migliorare!
Pros:

Lo staff è molto accogliente e professionale, soprattutto gli addetti alla reception che si mettono a completa disposizione per assicurare al cliente un'esperienza positiva e risolvere qualunque problematica. Nel nostro caso hanno fatto la differenza, altrimenti questa recensione sarebbe stata del tutto negativa. Gli spazi comuni sono molto ampi e ben organizzati (anche se qualche lettino in più nella zona spiaggia non farebbe male). Anche il ristorante, dove abbiamo cenato, lo consiglierei. La baia dove è localizzato il resort è molto bella, lontano dal caos e con acqua splendida (accesso dal pontile).

Cons:

Purtroppo le camere matrimoniali standard, nonostante il prezzo, non sono allineate con lo standard dell'hotel. Piccole e arredate in modo dozzinale. In particolare, la stanza 22, che abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di avere, è anche localizzata accanto la porta d'ingresso del corridoio e con finestre che affacciano sulla strada. Questo ci ha portato a richiedere di andare via solo dopo 1 notte, rispetto alla nostra prenotazione originale. Abbiamo sentito le voci di tutte le persone che andavano nelle altre stanze, sia la notte, che al mattino. La stanza è quella tipica di un hotel 3 stelle, di aeroporto. Per via della stanza, purtroppo siamo stati costretti a cambiare struttura! Un vero peccato 😔 Inoltre, per essere più inclusivi con una clientela internazionale, suggerirei di includere nelle proposte della colazione anche alternative dolci e una selezione di caffè (attualmente tutto extra e a pagamento, perché la colazione inclusa è solo quella turca, con solo il tè come bevanda inclusa)!

Уютный номер со всем необходимым , шикарный бассейн , доброжелательный персонал.

Cons:

При заселении , не работал сейф и телефон в номере. Ночью рецепшен отеля не работает.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Struttura bella, moderna e molto grande. Personale gentilissimo e sempre presente. Ristorante interno al resort molto buono e con vista sul mare. Il nostro soggiorno è stato magnifico

Meest luxueuze verblijf ooit in rustige buurt, schitterend ontbijt aan de baai.
Pros:

Luxueuze ruime kamer met groot balkon en zicht op het zwembad. Ontbijt aan de baai met zicht op Samos eiland. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Typisch Turks: de muziek aan het zwembad herhaalt zich om het uur. Je kan wel een plek vinden zonder muziek.
Slechts op de laatste dag van ons achtdaags verblijf was de bar aan het zwembad open? Wel lekkere frietjes !

A hidden gem for those who like quality and peace
Pros:

Super quiet! Everything is made really well - starting from the equipment in the room, to an amazing pool, great gym, fantastic wifi everywhere

Cons:

When you stay in the hotel only certain dishes from the menu are included for you in your breakfast, but they still bring you the whole menu all the time.
There is no shade on the sea-shore (there’s no sand beach there)
Hotel doesn’t provide beach towels.

Secluded and Comfy
Pros:

The hotel is located in a secluded area which makes it very calm and peaceful.
The rooms are great and big enough. The bed was feeling like sleeping over clouds. If you want to have a morning coffee the terrace of the room was big and the view was really nice. I cannot share enough compliments about the gym that is located in the hotel. The team was helpful and made the stay enjoyable.

Cons:

There is still a bit of improvement can be done. Some of the facilities were not explained in all details. You need to figure some things out by asking. This is not a big negative point. It is just stealing from that luxury feeling.
The room could have had a bath.

Alles war top das Zimmer war so groß und so sauber habe selten so ein Zimmer gehabt. Die Umgebung war sehr schön. die schlechten Bewertungen würde ich gar nicht wahrnehmen.
