Pros:

Esta bien ubicado, en el centro de Cuenca. Convenio con parking cercano y se paga menos. Las habitaciones son amplias, bonitas y muy limpias.
No se escucha ruido. Tiene WiFi pero no lo use

Cons:

La habitación tiene aire acondicionado pero no enfría. Lo reporte pero mejoró muy poco. El baño tiene calefacción permanente

Buena ubicación, pero calidad mejorable
Pros:

Buena ubicación. Posibilidad de aparcar en estacionamiento regulado, aunque es difícil encontrar un sitio a determinadas horas.
Personal de recepción amable.

Cons:

En general, algunas dependencias del hotel necesitan una remodelación y modernización, en especial el baño de nuestra habitación estaba anticipado y deteriorado.

Good location to visit the old town of Cuenca
Pros:

It was very close & easy to get to the old town.
Big rooms & bathroom.
A little dated but don’t let that stop you from staying there.
The beds were very comfortable.

Pros:

La ubicación y aunque no hay parking en el mismo hotel tienes la opción del parking cercano a un precio asequible

Cons:

El aire acondicionado en la habitación no era tan frío como me hubiese gustado porque pasamos calor. Es cierto que nos hemos alojado en plena ola de calor pero por eso mismo se notó que el aire no era suficiente.

El tamaño de la habitación muy bueno , la cuna del bebé entraba perfectamente sin molestar

Cons:

Las escaleras iniciales hasta llegar al ascensor dificultan la subida con carrito de bebé
