Peor de lo esperado
Pros:

Está bien ubicado, a un paseo del centro. El precio es económico.

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña, mal cuidada y con mobiliario viejo. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente. Algún que otro reptil por la habitación y paredes y techos llenos de humedades.

Pros:

The host family was really welcoming and helpful. They make the most delicious food in Hoi An for a really good price. The hostel has a good location close to the old town.

The bed is a little uncomfortable, the room is a little loud and bright durring the night.

Pros:

L'emplacement exceptionnel, pas loin de la vieille ville à pieds, on a quand même pris le taxi car la chaleur a été accablante ! Le personnel et le patron sont des personnes respectueuses et respectables qui prennent soin des clients, en plus très honnêtes. La chambre est propre, savonnettes et sachets de shampooing, nécessaire de toilettes comme kits pour brossage de dents, peigne en sachet etc sont fournis. Du coup on ne pense plus à la fenêtre qui ne peut pas se fermer de façon sécurisée(qq peut l'ouvrir de l'extérieur). Par ailleurs ils proposent le petit déjeuner simple mais efficace, essayez leur sandwich à la viande grillée, nous avions eu une très belle surprise avec ce sandwich super bon !

Pros:

The breakfast was good. Good coffee..place is a bit outdated but comfortable. A lot of English tv stations. Nice location

Sitio bueno y barato
Pros:

Está cerca del centro y muy barato por habitaciones con el aire y baños propios. La comida es extraordinaria. Muy fresca y muy buena calidad y la dueña es muy buena gente

また泊まりたい。
Pros:

併設されたレストランのご飯がとても美味しい。朝食付きで料金はリーズナブル。宿主は優しくて思いやりに溢れています。立地もとても良かった。ATMや飲食店、コンビニが近いです。

Cons:

ベッドのマットレスの中間部分が少しヘタっていたので寝ていて腰が痛かったのが少し残念でした。

Uma ótima opção em Hoi An
Pros:

O hotel fica localizado numa ótima rua, a uma caminhada tranquila da ponte japonesa Chua Cau. Existem muitas boas opções de restaurantes e mercados bem próximos, inclusive um ótimo Banh Mi que é na porta do hotel, dos mesmos proprietários (vale dizer que essa é também uma opção de café da manhã incluso que oferecem, e é uma alegria!).
Os proprietários são muito queridos e educados, e me ajudaram a me organizar para viajar para a próxima cidade, com muita boa vontade. O quarto é simples e bem limpo e cheiroso, assim como a roupa de cama, e o chuveiro bastante quente funciona muito bem. Foi uma ótima estadia, voltaria facilmente.

Não tenho nada para reclamar deste lugar.
