A perfect stay: comfortable, clean and with a warm welcome 😊
Pros:

We stayed at this guesthouse for over two weeks and everything was perfect from start to finish!

Hyejeong, the owner, is very attentive and always available to help, which made our stay particularly enjoyable.

The guesthouse is ideally located, very well equipped, clean, quiet and easy to get to. During our long stay, the bed linen was changed regularly according to our preferences, and the bins in the rooms were emptied every day.

The staff are discreet, friendly and professional.

Excellent value for money. We would recommend this place without hesitation! 😊

高CP值！很適合獨旅的短期住宿，若是對噪音或聲音敏感的話可以評估一下
Pros:

交通位置很方便，附近便利商店和餐廳很多，離地鐵站近
房間乾淨舒適，雖然房間小但是東西都很齊全，房東也是回應的很快速！有洗衣機烘乾機很方便

Cons:

建築內的卡啦ＯＫ房聲音很大聲，週末晚上容易有很大聲的聲音和震動

No.1 choice of accommodation
Pros:

Have stayed here 3 times now and will keep coming back. It’s a great location for whatever I want to do because it’s central to travel links and less than a 5 minute walk to Sinchon station.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, I stayed longer than a week this time and they refreshed my room part way through which was greatly appreciated :)

馬桶堵塞，半夜找不到人處理，叫我自己先通等早上十點員工來再處理，公區也沒洗手間，說因為客滿也沒辦法讓我們換房間，度過難熬的夜晚，清晨頂著寒風去附近地鐵站上廁所。

It was a great stay and the staff was super nice and accommodating.
Pros:

The room was decent. Hyejeong was excellent in communication over email and Kakaotalk. She accommodated to keep my luggage secured while I planned a short trip to another city after checking out. I totally recommend this place for anyone who travel to Sinchon!

Cons:

The mattress made a squeaky sound but that was not an issue.

Seoul pár nap
Pros:

Ha csak egy szállást/szobát keresel aludni, saját fürdövel, wc-vel, arra nagyon megfelelő. Persze ez csak azokra a napokra érvényes amikor kedvező az ár! Amugy kicsivel több pénzért már hotel szobát is kapni ami jobb ár/érték arányú.
A szobában nagyon alap ikea fém vázas bútorok voltak. Takaritás az 1 hét alatt nem volt. Szemetest üritették naponta változó odöszakokban. Volt hogy este 6 óra után jött a szemetesért a takarító.
Ami jó volt hogy közelben volt busz, metro megálló, boltok, stb.

Cons:

Fürdőszoba és a wc egy helyiségben volt. Zuhsnyzónak nem volt tálcája igy zuhanyozás utàn a teljes fürdőszoba padló állt a vizben.
Ajánlom mindenkinek vinni saját gumi fürdő papucsot. Fürdőben nincs ablak se pára/szag elszívó. Törölközöt magamnak kellett cserélgetnem tisztára. Szoba ablak kicsi, szoba nagyon sötét. Ablakra fólia volt rahasztva, igy a fény alig jött be. Más szobát ksptam mint amit foglaltam. Queen szobát foglaltam 12nm nagy világos ablakokksal. Kaptam egy kicsit.

Pros:

I feel that the location of K'Stay Shinchon is good as it is located near a lot of eateries and it is located in the main place of Shinchon. The power points in the room provided comes with the universal plug which makes charging much easier!

Pros:

clean nice rooms, no noises from outside and comfortable bed!

Cons:

I wish I cut have had the airconditioner to heat up. I was feeling cold at times, but I am sensitive to cold. I wish there was a water machine on the 5th floor as well.
