Pros:

This guesthouse is fine, and it’s nicely located in Sinchon. It was spacious for Seoul, and they provide sufficient amenities. Only stayed one night but it was satisfying.

Cons:

The downstairs and upstairs are occupied by late night businesses, and so perhaps careful if you’re staying alone. I wasn’t bothered during our stay but just something to keep in mind. Being central, the noise from outside does seep into the walls. Earplugs are provided in case that helps.

Pros:

チェックイン後、部屋タイプの変更にも素早く対応してくれた。
アメニティやその他必要備品のことなどメッセージで問い合わせると早くて10分、遅くて40分程度以内には返信があり、すぐにスタッフが来てくれて対応してくれた。ホテル並みの対応
他の人の口コミの通り、共同キッチンに洗濯機や冷蔵庫、食器があって長期滞在にはとても便利。立地最高
ネットフリックス、アマゾン、YOUTUBEみれる。

Cons:

建物の古さ、安さから、壁の薄さや窓の防音などはホテルよりも低い。
廊下の足音や、隣室がちょっと騒がしく話していると、けっこう音が聞こえる。
自分の宿泊時には幸い、うるさい客はいなかったが、もしうるさい宿泊客と一緒になると、しんどそう。
ベッドが柔らかくて自分好みではない。
テレビをみるのに２つのリモコンを使わなければならないのが面倒。

Pros:

Отличный и очень вежливый персонал. Все чисто. Номер небольшой, но все есть. На 6 этаже кухня где можно попить чай, кофе. Там же стиральные машины и сушка. В номерах есть холодильник, кондиционер, фен, телевизор. Отличное расположение, рядом множество кафе на любой вкус, магазины 24/7.

當初是以有電梯、交通方便、不偏僻的訴求來找居所，找到這間位於新村且多位臺灣人獨旅後評價高分的住處，覺得住起來很舒服，房間是密碼鎖跟卡都可以使用，不擔心忘記帶鑰匙出門；客服回應快速，每天會幫忙收垃圾（如果不需要也可以跟他們說）；小小交誼廳有桌
Pros:

環境，有電梯，也有寄放行李處，房間也打掃地得一塵不染，該有的東西都有。

Cons:

隔音，這比較沒辦法，主要是其他旅客沒水準，半夜很吵。
以及比較可惜的是浴室格局，洗澡的地方跟馬桶只有一簾之隔，洗起來比較卡。

교통이 편하고 항상 청결한 환경 유지로 가장 좋았습니다.

원하는 트윈룸이 없어서 더블베드에서
