Cons:

The restaurant staff did not smile and their communication with the hotel guests was poor. There was very little bread and in the nine days I stayed at the hotel I was only able to eat simit bread three times. Overall, the attention to recharging bread and other food in the restaurant was very poor.

Pros:

Отель новый, внешне хороший, даже очень, начиная от входной, ресепшен, лобби и заканчивая номерами. Ремонт свежий, мебель новая, постельное чистое, сантехника новая. Бесплатный интернет. На этом пожалуй плюсы заканчиваются.
Расположение нам не понравилось от слова совсем, до метро не так уж и близко как было указано в описании и в отзывах. Дорога к метро сплошная горка, возвращаясь в отель бежишь с горы, выходя из отеля «ползешь» по жаре в гору. Мы были в Стамбуле с целью туризма и добираться до локаций с достопримечательностями было далеко.
У нас был включен завтрак. Завтрак был «шведский стол», если можно так назвать. Выбор маленький, людей много, если придешь поздно, есть шанс остаться без завтрака. «Горячее»(картошка фри и сосиски) были всегда холодными, все три дня было только это, а на четвертый и вовсе картошка закончилась и вместо этого не было ничего. Кофе был обычный с пакетика как в номерах.

Sauber & freundlich!
Pros:

Der Rezeptionist war ausgesprochen freundlich und zudem eine sehr angenehme Person. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt.

Cons:

Auch wenn die Lage wirklich eigentlich „nah“ und Zentral sein sollte, ist es aufgrund der steilen Straßen wirklich sehr unanhenehm. Man muss wirklich lange laufen bzw. steil hoch. Ich weiß deshalb nicht, ob es etwas für Familien wäre.

Berbat!!!
Pros:

Hiç bir şeyi beğenmedik çok ama çok berbatdı kimseye kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Cons:

Çok kirli, odalar küçüktü hiç kalmadık bile ve kalmadığımız halde bizden 100 euro para aldılar. Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle seçmeyin bu oteli bin pişman olursunuz. Çalışanları da hiç hoşgörülü ve yardımsever değillerdi.
