Pesima atencion
Pros:

Solo los muebles y la ambientacion

Cons:

Varios huspedes llegamos y no pudimos entrar a las habitaciones porque funcionan mal las cerraduras con clave.
Nos dejaron afuera, siendo un dia festivo, sin respondernos, todavia hoy siguen sin responder. Tuvimos que forzar las puertas y al final de la estadia me adelantaron 2 horas el horario de check out.

A localização é muito boa, mas exatamente por isso muito barulhenta nesta noite.

Cons:

O sistema de acesso à chave do quarto é muito pouco intuitivo, e o apoio telefónico não soube explicar-lo numa chamada de quase 20min, após muita reclamação enviaram-nos um vídeo explicativo. Havia outra hóspede que estava à espera do mesmo tipo de apoio há mais de 1 hora e fomos nós que a ajudámos a aceder ao quarto, pois o apoio a ela ainda não tinha dado ainda qualquer tipo de feedback.

Could have done with more information about check in and check out.
Pros:

The location was very good but the noise from the restaurants going on to the early hours of the morning very unpleasant. Disappointed there were no facilities to keep your luggage for a few hours after checkout

Charming place but they could do better service
Pros:

The room is charming. The towels are thick and fluffy. The room was clean when we got it. There is a shared kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, kettle. No pot to boil eggs. Central location.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights. they didn't clean our room a single time. On the second day we put our towels on the floor to be changed (as the note in the toilette says) but housekeeping didn't show up so we were left without clean towels until 9 pm when someone came to give us new ones. Also they charge 30 Euros for extra towels. And 30 euros to change the bed sheets. There is no AC in the room so in the summer, I definitely do not recommend this place as it will be too hot to close the windows and if you keep the windows open, you won't be able to sleep from the noise in the street (it's a very busy and hectic area at night). Also you will wake up when other guests reach the building in the middle of the night and when people exit the night clubs at 3 am, there will be extra noise from the street. No tissue box in the room. We requested one and they never sent us one. Also we had to go down to the kitchen to throw our trash every day.

La propiedad es hermosa muy bien decorada muy buena ubicacion

Cons:

Sin ascensor ; escalera angosta , si con un descanso al 1er piso .

Wouldn’t book again.

Unsafe walking up the stairs (easy to slip and fall down no wall) and it wasn’t a hotel even though it was under that category on booking

Mooi gelegen, maar gehorig
Pros:

De lokatie dichtbij t centrum is heel fijn. Ook de woonkamer met keukentje is heel handig om te ontbijten. Een balkon om even uit te rusten van een drukke dag. Het mooie plafond is echt prachtig. (maar in dat van de woonkamer zat een lelijke lekkage.)
De ramen houden het straatgeluid redelijk buiten.( Maar een kamer aan de achterkant is vast nog stiller.) origineel ingericht

Cons:

De trap naar boven na de voordeur is smal en heeft geen leuningen. Met een zware koffer is dat echt gevaarlijk om te lopen!
De kamer had nog de mooie originele deur, maar dus ook de originele kier onderaan van 4cm..
De houten trap is erg gehorig, dus doorslapen als er s nachts iemand naar boven loopt is onmogelijk, tenzij je goede oordoppen gebruikt. Een traploper zou dat al deels verbeteren.
In de douche zat schimmel op de voegen. Heel jammer.
De Woonkamer had geen sfeer, met wat kunstbloemen en betere verlichting zou het er vrolijker uitzien.

LA COMODIDAD DEL APARTAMENTO, SU UBICACIÓN MUY CÉNTRICA AL LADO DE TODO LO IMPORTANTE, LA TRANQUILIDAD, LA COMODIDAD Y LA DECORACIÓN.

ME GUSTÓ TODO, PERO ME SORPRENDIÓ QUE NO TUVIERA AIRE ACONDICIONADO, PORQUE AUNQUE YO NO LO NECESITÉ POR LAS FECHAS DEL VIAJE, RECUERDO LOS VERANOS DE OPORTO COMO CALUROSOS Y HÚMEDOS.
