Simple but Functional
Pros:

I like that the unit is simple but functional with sufficient facilities of what you need during your stay. We booked the room for two nights at last minute. The owner was responsive and ready to answer all your questions. Because the layout was clutter-free, even with full-sized furnitures, three adults can easily move around (sofa bed in the living area can fit 2 people) including a balcony with pool-view.

Pros:

The stay is perfectly located in a safe locality and building. The region is close to Makati and BCG and most importantly, the airport. I think it is better to live here than Makati as I felt this region was much more organised and better.

The studio is good for a couple and is supplied with basic amenities.

Cons:

One major con for us were the mini cockroaches, which were plenty in numbers. We could spot 4-5 on a daily basis. I know that the Philippines is a tropical country, and we kind of expect some insects on our way.

The bathroom lights can definitely be improved. It is a necessity these days to have a good bathroom lights.

Condo 1221 at Shore Residences.
Pros:

The whole package. The independence of Condo living for 5 days. View over the pool from 10 stories up was non intrusive, and the height in the building was good.
Overhead, I enjoyed the many planes passing low overhead while sitting on the balcony enjoying a quiet social drink or coffee. Might not suit everyone but from inside could hardly hear them.

It's really quiet from others nearby. The room was well enough equipped, and we enjoyed meals there as well as the myriad of nearby restaurants and cafes of many cuisines within walking distance.

Convenience of Starbucks under one corner of the block of condos. Area very secure and well kept.
Keyless entry was a big help.

One very important thing was the booking in. It was a little in-depth, but the owner was exceptionally helpful, very pleasant to deal with via phone messaging and went well above and beyond to assist me to have visitors etc., as these sorts of things were controlled by the complex management.

No issues, and would I stay there again. Absolutely, and I'm looking forward to the possibility.

Thanks to all. Please do remember that these Condos are owned by individuals or companies and managed locally on their behalf. This is for Condo 1221 Shire Residences Tower A.

Nothing too add here. Hot water is always important to me, and even that was excellent.

My family and I booked it so we could be closer to the airport as we didn’t want to bother our relatives to drop us off
Pros:

We liked the close proximity of it to the airport, MoA and other stores like pharmacy, convenience stores and restaurants. It was easy to get around

Cons:

I think the walls are not well soundproof. We could hear people from next door yelling, fighting and banging on the walls

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Pros:

Wunderschönes Appartement in toller zentraler Lage. Sauber, tolle Ausstattung, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin und dem Housekeeping. Haben spontan noch 1 Nacht verlängert weil wir so begeistert sind. Alles was man braucht ist in der unmittelbaren Nähe ( Diverse Restaurants,Frisör, Supermarkt, Nagelstudio, Mall und diverse Taxis- und Trycycles vor dem Haus.

The host MJ was prompt and helpful. Place was clean everything with our stay was comfortable.

Could not work out how to watch any tv or cable but not a deal breaker we weren't there to watch tv.
