Good
Pros:

All good

Cons:

Just the contradictory statements, inside the room says check out 12 , on the booking 11, so they need to decide what it is.

Please Stay Here! So Calm and Lovely
Pros:

I booked super last minute and checked in 5 minutes later. Huge room with gorgeous view of the property all for a super affordable price! Large shower, tons of storage, huge TV, and a gourmet buffet breakfast for an additional $70 Brazilian Real. Pool side service, accommodating staff, I was even made a vegan treat on my birthday personally by the chef. 10/10 resort experience!
