1-La pagina mostro cuartos con vistas a la montaña
No habia ninguna posibilidad de vista a la montaña
2 -no tienen servicio de limpieza
3-No existe abanico., aire acondicionado menos
4- tenia tina de baño que no servia
Y asi le podria seguir
1. The website showed rooms with mountain views. There was no possibility of a mountain view.
2. They don't have cleaning service.
3. There's no fan, let alone air conditioning.
4. The bathtub didn't work.
And I could go on.

Buena experiencia.
Pros:

El hotel esta cómodo, el personal muy atento, nos asignaron una habitación mas grande para que estuviéramos mas cómodos, fue un plus. Adicional nos pudimos estacionar frente al hotel, lo cual se agradece en Real de Catorce, esta sobre una calle principal por lo que no hay que hacer mucha maniobra con los autos.

La limpieza de las habitaciones y del baño fue decepcionante, la regadera muy sucia, mal olor, en una de las habitaciones había ropa sucia debajo de un sillón perteneciente a algún huésped anterior, lo que deja claro la falta de limpieza
