There is air-con. Room was spacious. Super quiet. As much free bottles of water as you want. There is some restaurants and shops less than a 5 minute walk away. Lots of pickup locations for buses and tours are also less than 5 minutes away.

It's a good location nearby the main road. There are no sign to find the hotel easily. But host will help you and pick you up on the main street.
Host is very friendly, but doesn't speak English. The communication goes over Google translater and via whatsup, which is OK. Directly on the small street up to the hotel there are good restaurants for eating stuff.

Liked :staff very kind, room clean.
Disliked :The hotel is very high up on the hilly road, you have to go up an alley.. Very difficult to found.
Bed is rock hard.

The hotel is basic and a good alternative to a hostel. Quiet and convenient location with easy access to the bus station (we arrived from Saigon), just opposite the street. The hotel personnel picked us up by scooters - thank you, Nam!

The bed feels hard - an additional blanket put underneath solved the problem. We asked for a kettle and got it - made our coffee ourselves.

All together, everything as expected, even better because no mosquitoes. Great for backpackers with a good price-performance ratio. Vert friendly and responsive personnel.
