Pros:

Amazing property! Loved the cheerful staff from the moment we met Eric at train station till our departure everyone was kind and greeted us warmly. All were helpful with questions and the facilities were perfect! Bar and restaurant were high quality and we loved breakfast and dinner.

Great place and fantastic location.
Pros:

Perfect location and great staff who couldn’t be more accommodating. The American Bar and the Bistro are fabulous.

Cons:

The air conditioning was very difficult to work out how to use.

I love L'Hotel as well as Beaune.
Pros:

Location(so close to many shops, restaurants, and historical buildings), facility, staffs, historical old hotel building. The restaurant is of course good.
All staffs (front, restaurant, room cleaning, driver ) are excellent. Especially Japanese staff supported everything to me so well.
Staff's Origins are various countries. It is so nice Hotel's policy.

Cons:

Steps to my room is so hard for me. I want to choose the different room next time.

Agréable séjours malgré le manque de standing pour un 5 étoiles.
Pros:

l'accueil, taille de la chambre, situation et petit déjeuné excellent, personnel très agréable,

Cons:

Décoration et équipements décevants pour un 5 étoiles, 30€ par nuit pour les petits chiens c'est franchement exagéré.
Pas de restauration le dimanche.
