Average, the price is not worth it.
Pros:

The same for this visit. Some of the stuff is good, location far from the malls but metro is near.

Cons:

Avoid booking for the larger groups as it is impossible to park the bus near the hotel, or if you still try you may stuck longer. Kitchen looked dirty and some of the stuff members were hostile to us.

Overall for that amount of the money what they do have now you can find much better hotels there!

Average, last visit was not the best!
Pros:

We liked the rooms, some of them were small, but some of them bigger and nice. Some stuff was very friendly and nice. Location is near to the metro.

Cons:

The kitchen looked kinda dirty. Also some of the stuff members were very hostile and non friendly sometimes. The extra bed in the rooms are impossible to sleep the guests complained a lot. Also location is difficult to teach, we needed to wait for the bus always on the other street which is not comfortable. For this money not the best option

Very good place with very good staff.
Pros:

staff was friendly despite language barrier; breakfast food was abundant and varied; location was top; bedrooms very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

English language training for in-house staff would be very useful.

Bedroom was nice. Breakfast excellent. Staff tried to be helpful using the translation app.

Cons:

When I booked it said there was a restaurant open till 9pm and a tour desk, and that English is spoken. I think perhaps there are several Paco hotels so the descriptions are misleading. Be careful you book the Paco hotel you actually want!

El hall de entrada al hotel está lleno de paquetes, como si fuese una oficina de correos. Solo tienen un ascensor que casi siempre está en el piso 8. El personal no es excesivamente amable
