Pros:

位置和停车服务以及酒店前台人员很好

Cons:

入住时间是14:00等了要一个小时还没办理入住，说要帮我们把行李放回屋子去也没有，隔音也特别差，有人在外面放声大笑直接就给吵醒了，电梯小的不行俩人背个包就挤的不行了。

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lobby macht einen guten Eindruck und die Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe unterwegs und hatten mehrere Zimmer. Bei einem der Zimmer mussten wir bei der Ankunft schon feststellen, dass es im Bad extrem schimmelig roch, das Abflussgitter in der Dusche notdürftig neben der Dusche stand/lag und der Boden von einer bräunlichen Brühe bedeckt war…nicht sehr einladend und hygienisch. Ich habe das Problem beim Personal geschildert und es wurde sich am nächsten Tag darum gekümmert. Allerdings funktionierte der Abfluss danach immer noch nicht richtig, also handelt es sich wahrscheinlich um ein längerfristiges Problem. Für uns war das nicht extrem „schlimm“, denn wir gingen dann im Zimmer unserer Mitreisenden duschen. Ich würde jedoch auf keinen Fall empfehlen, das Zimmer in diesem Zustand weiteren Gästen anzubieten. Außerdem waren zwei Lampen kaputt, z. B. blinkte das Licht im Badezimmer ständig, auch wenn es nicht eingeschaltet war. Zudem fanden wir die Umgebung des Hotels etwas „creepy“ und würden uns nicht gern nachts dort aufhalten…

Below average. Not value for the price

Breakfast was ok, all the rest not.

Cons:

Best western is the chain hotel, but unfortunately this one is average/ below average .
We got the economic room, which don’t have sunlight at all, window is faced the wall. Bad smell from bathroom fan and extremely small shower. They didn’t park our car to the lot, however we pay for that. Looks it’s criminal area around.
