Our small stay for a double celebration
Pros:

Fantastic location. Comfortable suites and good facilities.

Cons:

Some small areas needed attention. Some stains on carpets in suites and passageways, main stairs on stairwell very sticky. Paintwork needed touching in places.

Great position but the apartment facilities need improving and the bad smell removed.
Pros:

The apartment was comfortable in a functional way, with a good bathroom, and as it was on the third floor it had great views overlooking the centre of Wakefield.

Cons:

There was a strange and unpleasant smell of drains which the staff clearly knew about as all the windows were open when we arrived. There were several metal tables that were buckled and should be replaced. The bedrooms lacked mirrors which was unhelpful. Finally, as a small flat, it is understandable that it did not contain a dishwasher, but the washing up facilities were very poor.

Central, easy access, staff helpful & check in simple
