Es un lugar muy cerca prácticamente a 7-9 min de Ciutadella, con una cala súper cerquita.
Me gustaría decir dos cosas, la primera es que es un hotel con apartamentos en el que hay dos secciones una más cerca y la otra más lejana (si vas por la mañana a esa zona lejana que es donde nos tocó) puedes tener acceso por una tienda o por una cafetería pero como salgas de noche ya no tienes acceso por ahí y tienes que dar una vuelta inmensa para entrar por recepción (horroroso) mínimo podrían habilitar una entrada más próxima a los apartamentos que están lejos. Por otro lado, no me ha gustado absolutamente nada el bufet, todo fritos; sin variedad ninguna en los cuatro días con muy pocas opciones para celíacos, la fruta estaba pocha, no sirven bebidas que no sea las que están en el propio bufet (agua, zumo frutas…) pero sobre nada de variedad.

Le buffet n’est pas toujours de qualité, difficile de manger équilibré. Aucune spécialité spécialité espagnol.
L'emplacement est super, à côté d'une belle petite plage, des petits magasins à proximité.
Le personnel a été très sympathique et serviable. Bravo au monsieur qui fait les omelettes et les crêpes le matin. Travail très efficace du personnel au restaurant.
Buffet varié tous les soirs.
Manque peut-être la diffusion de certaines informations tel que le fonctionnement de l'établissement ou les animations du soir.
Pas trop d'insonorisation entre les appartements...

Piscine centrale non accessible durant un tiers de notre séjour
Le personnel de la réception ne parle pas français.
Carte magnétique pour accéder à la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas : nous avons dû retourner deux fois à la récéption pour accéder à notre chambre
et surtout : le ménage fait tous les jours de bonne heure même si nous le souhaitons pas. Nous ne pouvons même pas nous reposer jusqu'à 9h le matin. Inadmissible.

Los apartamentos necesitan una mejora, y el mío olía mucho a humedad
Todo muy corrector. Sé nota qué tiene unos añitos pero lo necesario para unas vacaciones.
No hay nada que no me gustara. Como he dicho todo era muy correcto
Nos han gustado mucho todas las instalaciones, lo amplio que es todo, las piscinas, el apartamento muy bien equipado, el servicio muy atento y agradable. En general todo maravilloso!!
La limpieza un poco escasa.
El aire se estropeó dos o tres veces.
La tv un poco pequeña.
En los bares del apartamento todo muy caro.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel, le buffet, l'accès à la plage, les piscines, calme, personnel très pro, propreté du complexe.
Les matelas des lits pas confortables, pas assez de debit du robinet de la salle de bains, évacuation de l'eau de la douche lente, couvertures sales et draps de petites tailles.
