Beautiful views and great location. Spa was nice !
We had an issue unfortunately with our shower that they couldn’t fix . Feel should have been compensated
Everything
Nothing
The view from the room, the breakfast, the electric car charging facilities, the food in the bar area. The Friendly Staff, the cleanliness of the room. The water pressure in the shower was also incredible.
The decor in the hallways felt a bit dated (perhaps part of the charm?), and the patterned carpet was slightly disorientating, especially over the undulating floors.
Breakfast was good, location was excellent
Very well-maintained, beautiful property. Level of service was beyond outstanding.
1. The 4 rooms reserved for my family had air conditioning, but I could not provided with an air-conditioned room for myself. This really annoyed me.
2. You should have at least one clock in each guest room.
3. When checking out, I checked to see whether there were any outstanding charges to my room, or any of my family’s rooms. I was told “no”. Later in the day, I received an email stating that you found 63 euros of charges to my room, and you were charging g my credit card for the outstanding amount. This was WRONG! I asked if there were any outstanding charges when I checked out, and I was told “No”. This was your mistake, not mine. I feel that the Lake Hotel should eat those charges and temobe them from my credit card.
The vicinity to the Killarney Park was excellent..The food and staff were great.
Our room faced the parking lot which was noisy..
Beautiful high-end hotel on the Lakefront w/fabulous view. Lovely interiors. Great pub with lake view for informal but wonderful meals and great service. Quiet location out of town. Excellent staff.
Location and the lake and caste 👌🏼

Amazing location, facilities and staff

Beautiful setting and just a short walk to town centre. Comfortable rooms and a great shower.
Having stayed in 3 other hotels during our Ireland trip, I’d have to say the staff here were nowhere near as helpful as the other places. Shortly after arrival we headed to the bar for a drink. We wanted to sit outside and a member of staff said who walked past with an empty tray said we’d be quicker getting drinks ourselves and taking them out instead of waiting to be served!!! There was no queue at the bar and only around ten people sat in the area. Shortly after I saw a couple being directed to seats outside and a drinks ordered taken by another staff member which is exactly what should have happened. At breakfast we waited around ten minutes for someone to take our order from the menu. During this time a number of staff floating around not doing a huge amount and we had to call one over. The order was simply no peaches in the porridge. It came with peaches!
They made our 30 th anniversary special…decorated our bed with rose pedals, chocolates, and a poster of hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful area. Breakfast was yummy!
