Una grande delusione. 5 stelle per un hotel che ne merita 2
Pros:

La posizione era buona. Si trova in un vicoletto sopra al corso, altezza bar triangolo e molo delle barche.

Cons:

La struttura era vecchia, non curata e cupa. Lo staff alla reception sgarbato e poco disponibile con il cliente. Mi hanno letteralmente trattata come una cliente di serie B per aver prenotato tramite Booking. Solo la signora delle pulizia, di cui purtroppo non ho il nome, è stata molto gentile e svolgeva bene il suo lavoro. Una grande delusione. 5 stelle per un hotel che ne merita 2. È il tipico hotel che lavora solo grazie al turismo e quindi non mette nessun impegno nella ristrutturazione e nel migliorare servizi e qualità. Ho pagato 600 euro per 2 notti in una catapecchia.

Nulla l hotel era datato non c’era una buona manutenzione e il personale scortese la colazione assolutamente non da hotel di 5 stelle non c’era vasta scelta e sopratutto nessuno il cibo non sembrava fresco

BELLA STRUTTURA CON UN OTTIMO POTENZIALE, MA C'E' DA MIGLIORARE SU PASTI E STAFF.
Pros:

La struttura, anche se incomincia ad essere un po' datata, è dotata di ampi spazi per l'intrattenimento (due piscine esterne, le terme, la palestra, la SPA). Ai clienti viene fornito un accappatoio e un telo mare (da usare in piscina e alle terme). La posizione è ottima: ideale per chi non ha mezzi di spostamento. Le stanze venivano pulite tutte le mattine.

Cons:

Sono rimasto un po' deluso dai pasti. La colazione non si addice ad un hotel a 5 stelle (come è stato fatto notare in altre recensioni, non c'erano le uova). Il buffet mattutino era ordinario (come è stato fatto notare in altre recensioni, non erano servite le uova). Oltre a ciò, non c'è un servizio caffetteria: il caffè e il cappuccino venivano erogati da delle macchinette.
Del tutto assente l'etichettatura delle torte e delle brioches esposte sul buffet (non sapevi mai se la brioches era vuota o con marmellata). Avendo usufruito della mezza pensione, posso rilasciare solo un giudizio sulla cena. Il cibo, come gusto, era buono ma la quantità scarsa. Non veniva mai servita la frutta a fine pasto, ma un dolcino (definito "della casa").
Alla sera, spesso, c'era un menù fisso (cioè: nessuna possibilità di scelta): un piccolo antipasto, un assaggio di due primi (in un caso, una mestolata rasa di risotto e tre paccheri) e una fetta di arrosto con tre pezzi di patate.
Il personale addetto a servire colazione e pasti: disattento e svogliato!

Well how to start, we are married couple in our 30's and we stayed 1 week in middle of June.
The hotel was full with old people only. The breakfast was very poor, imagine the only vegetables were tomatoes every day for 1 week, the coffee was horrible.
Everyone had assigned a table for breakfast, and we were put in a corner, as far possible from the food, every table had cutlery, glasses and cloths except ours. We felt very marginalized just because we were young.
The facilities were of 3 stars hotel, starting with the food.
