Les personnels , l’emplacement, les différentes piscines et surtout pour les enfants les toboggans.
La plages privées, … .

Cons:

Il faudrait mettre en place une navette gratuite pour les aller retour jusqu’à la plage privée soit 6min en voiture. Si non c’est 25min à pied.

Pas grand chose par contre un grand merci à Mahmoud pour sa gentillesse

L’appartement était en très mauvaise état rideau tombant placard cassée pas de verre ni de bol
Le canapé est dégoûtant de tache et les lits avec des couettes polaire bizarre sans housse de couette j’ai du tt laver en arrivant et le serviettes pas une pareil

l’emplacement est loin de tout 10€ aller 10€ retour pour chaque sortie

Une résidence avec beaucoup de locaux
Les toboggans sont mal surveillés tout le monde fait n’importe quoi c’est dangereux

Pros:

It was a wonderful holiday. The place is fantastic. The furniture is modern and well-arranged. The kitchen has everything you need. Mr. Bakr, the receptionist, was helpful and attentive to all my requests. The water park and swimming pool were excellent. The beach is great for snorkeling only. Overall, the place is excellent.

Cons:

Mosquitoes, but the problem can be solved with a mosquito repellent tablet.

Abo Bakr sangat friendly dan cekatan dalam membantu setiap kali ada hal yang perlu bantuan di unit apartemen. Apartemennya cukup luas dan lengkap dengan hampir segala hal yang kami butuhkan selama tinggal di sana. Suasana di sekitar property juga sangat nyaman.

Cons:

Kolam renang yg luas dan cukup banyak sangat menyenangkan. Namun ketika saya datang pagi jam 9, kolam renang dibuka jam 8, pekerja masih sibuk membersihkan air di kolam yang banyak sekali sampah sehingga saya harus membatalkan niat untuk berenang. Seharusnya pekerja sudah mulai bekerja membersihkan air kolam lebih pagi sehingga kolam renang benar-benar sudah siap dipakai jam 8 ketika kolam renang itu resmi dibuka.

An Amazing Family Stay at Sharm Hills – Highly Recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sharm Hills Resort and couldn't be happier with our choice.

The highlight of our trip was the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Abu Bakr From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. He followed up with us daily to ensure we had everything we needed, recommended great places to visit, and assisted with every request. He even welcomed us with a thoughtful arrival gift, which was such a beautiful gesture. A special thanks to him for making us feel so at home! Thank you Mr. Bakr :)

The Unit:
The apartment was clean, beautiful, and extremely comfortable. It is fully equipped with everything a family might need. All appliances worked perfectly: the ACs were powerful, water heaters in the bathrooms were great, and the kitchen had everything (fridge, kettle, iron, even a power strip/extension cord). Having a washing machine was a huge plus for us. The lighting in the house also created a lovely atmosphere.

The Resort Facilities:
Our kids had a blast at the small aqua park right in front of the house. Even though it has only 3 slides, they were very fun for both kids and adults. There are also many swimming pools surrounding the unit, which was fantastic. The resort itself is very convenient, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and cafes on-site. Also, as we had a car, the dedicated shaded parking spot was a lifesaver in the summer heat.

Location:
The location is perfect for visiting Nabq Protectorate, Sharks Bay, and SOHO Square (all within a 10-minute drive). However, please note that it is a bit far from the Old City areas (Naama Bay, Old Market, and Hadaba), so having a car is recommended.

The Beach:
The resort’s private beach (just a 3-minute drive away) is amazing! It’s very quiet and comfortable, and it is an excellent spot for snorkeling with beautiful marine life right there.
