Great location, small, quiet and very clean and lovely interior design.
Pros:

It was a great small hotel, we strudel in one of the apartments which was perfect for a family of four. However the bed sofa and the pillows could have been of better quality.

Cons:

It would have been great if the hotel would have had coffee and the bathroom could have been a bit bigger.

An enjoyable stay in a great location
Pros:

Very convenient for the royal Albert hall where we were seeing a show. Lots of bars and restaurants close by which is essential for breakfast which is not served at the property.
The live music and bar downstairs was very fun.
Very quirky decor which was nice.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were aware of the very small rooms, before we booked so we were glad we booked one of the larger ones, as there was still barely room to put a suitcase on the floor. This is the nature of staying in a hotel that used to be a personal house though.

Petite room with a small p.

The room and bathroom/shower room were ridiculously small. The room was basically the size of the bed and it was flush with the walls on three sides.

Couldn't turn around in the shower and legs under the sink when sitting on the toilet. The smallest hand basin I've ever seen in my life.

For £200 a night that's dreadful value for money

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit toller Geschichte
Pros:

Lage ist super, der Bus fährt vor der Türe. Kensington Palace/Park nicht weit und es ist eine wunderschöne Gegend. Nothing Hill ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist so außergewöhnlich und die Bar eine Show.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht sehr groß und leider kein Ausblick.

Pros:

Perfectly placed for Royal Albert Hall and Kensington. Funky design, friendly staff. Quite intimate. Comfortable bed

Bedroom had no window, just a sky light. Not good for anyone with a phobia of stuffed animals!!

Pros:

Great location. Decor very bold and interesting. Nice cocktails and atmosphere in the bar. Spacious and good facilities in the apartment. Most staff very friendly and a cool bottle of water was much appreciated when we arrived over heated. Cleaning staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Apartment a bit on the tired side even if spacious and comfortable with all mod cons. Could do with an update to reflect some of the rooms. Bathroom was spacious but toilet too small and floor cracked. Missed having a restaurant for breakfast but there are so many places to eat out instead. Staff were very welcoming but one receptionist was rather rude when we tried to use the lift that was accessible from within the apartment but turned out not to go anywhere for us and only meant to be uses by the floors above. Had we been informed on arrival then we wouldn't have touched it. Why have a lift in an apartment that goes nowhere. Our suggestion would be to block it off with more storage as only one bedroom came with a wardrobe and that didn't have a tall enough space for a full length dress. Nowhere for shoe storage either. We were due to downsize rooms for a last night after friends leaving and we were offered the chance to stay in the apartment at no extra cost. This was of course much appreciated but would have been handy to know before completely packing our suitcases. The room obviously had no booking so it benefitted the hotel not to have to make up a new room. It was nice to have that space to ourselves but we were kind of looking forward to seeing the colorful decor in one of the signature rooms.

Consigliatissimo per la vicinanza alla metro Circle (gialla) che connette un po’ tutto il centro di Londra e i parchi principali.
Personale super disponibile e dinamico, se siete italiani in cerca di un Hotel molto molto carino per un weekend a Londra non esitate, scegliete Hux Hotel.
