Not upto the mark as 4 star rating. Need improvement in front desk
Cons:

Being a 4 star hotel, in the front desk, no one can speak English. Always need to translate and communicate by phones.

Fiyat performans oteli. Temiz ve konumu güzeldi.
Pros:

Konumu iyiydi. Fiyat performans oteliydi.

Good for solo female. Safe and clean
Pros:

The room was a great size and very modern and stylish. I had good views of the outside.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Room delivery service is by a robot. So cool!

Cons:

It is difficult to find location as entry is in the right alleyway of Quangcheng plaza. The security man didnt understand english and I used a translator and he sent me far away.
The room runs on central heating so the AC cannot be controlled. Friendly staff gave me a good fan to use.

Comfortable and clean, and perfectly located
Pros:

The room was very cozy and comfortable, we felt at home immediately. The facilities were great (washing machines and tumble dryers for example). The personal was friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is located in the city center, and located close to sight seeing spots, such as the thousand buddha mountain, Daming lake, and Baotu spring.

Cons:

Nothing that is worth mentioning. Some of the wooden floor panels were not arranged neatly for example, but this didn’t influence our stay.

Pros:
