Cons:

L’hotel è molto vecchio e le pareti sono sporche. C’è molto rumore sia all’interno dell’hotel che per strada, soprattutto durante la notte.
Il servizio della reception è stato molto scadente. Il personale parla con gli ospiti come se fosse costretto a lavorare e come se non gli piacesse il proprio lavoro, dando l’impressione che la presenza dei clienti sia un fastidio.
In particolare, un receptionist di nome Sami. Quando cercavo di parlare con lui, non mi dedicava attenzione perché era occupato a guardare una partita. Inoltre, in un’altra occasione, stava litigando con una donna e usava parole volgari davanti a me e agli altri ospiti dell’hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Al Kabir in Marrakech. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to the city center and many attractions. And the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!
