Caro demais para o que entrega.
Pros:

Quarto, tolhas e roupa de cama limpos. Se você não se importa com o barulho, a localização é boa, bem perto da praia e da região mais comercial e com restaurantes. Mas é uma região de bastante movimento e barulho.

Cons:

Caro demais para o que oferece. Pelo valor, a expectativa é de um pouco mais de qualidade no local, no café e no atendimento.
Estrutura mal conservada. Tomada do frigobar solta, instalação do ar condicionado aparente (ficamos com receio de ligar) e o filtro bem sujo. A janela do banheiro não tinha vidro e a janela do quarto não tinha vedação - entrava vento o tempo todo. Coberta é pequena demais para a cama (fui na primavera e o fim de semana estava bem frio).
Não tem espaço no estacionamento para todos os carros.
Café da manhã bem fraquinho, sem muitas opções e sem qualidade.
