Liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft in einer ehemaligen Industrie Immobilie
Pros:

Sehr, sehr hätte Betreiber und die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung und im Zimmer. Das Frühstück war liebevoll und in dieser Art außergewöhnlich. Ein bequemer Parkplatz und ausreichend Möglichkeiten zum rangieren

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung ein wirklich tolles Hotel! Preis-Leistung ist super.
Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtet und besonders. Das Frühstück ist liebevoll gestaltet und sehr lecker. Auch der Gemeinschaftsraum ist schön hergerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten, die für die Gäste bestehen, sind gut.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht im besten Abschnitt von Parma. Aber die Altstadt ist recht schnell fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Lage war wirklich schlecht. Schlimmste Bahnhofsviertel Atmosphäre direkt vor der Tür, man fühlt sich nicht sehr sicher.

Szerintem a szálláshely ok, ajánlom.
Pros:

Reggeli bőséges, jó. A parkolás nagyon jól megoldott. Lift volt, ami hadznos.

Cons:

Hosszú utazás után szerettünk volna pihenni városnézés előtt, de sajnos folyamatos munkálatok, dübörgések voltak a fejünk fölött. Erről tájékoztathattal volna, illetve elnézést kérhettek volna. Ez az építkezés biztos átmeneti, csak mi fogtuk ki.

Eine wunderbare und sehr liebevoll geführte Unterkunft.
Pros:

Wir sind total begeistert! Nach einem unkomplizierten Check-In fanden wir ein blitzsauberes und sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit hervorragendem Bad vor. Das Bett war sehr bequem, alles, aber auch wirklich alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen ist nicht nur für italienische Verhältnisse hervorragend. Es war sehr persönlich, kreativ, vielfältig und liebevoll. Übrigens genauso wie der Frühstücksraum. Hier kann man sich wirklich nur wohl fühlen. Man kann man sich dort auch zu anderen Tageszeiten aufhalten. Er ist entsprechend eingerichtet, verfügt zum Beispiel über ein Bücherregal und man kann sich jederzeit frisches Wasser zapfen. Für uns war diese Unterkunft in Parma eine absolute Überraschung und wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Auto stand während unseres Aufenthalts (und sogar noch darüber hinaus), sehr sicher in einem geräumigen Hof mit einem Tor, das nur mit Code zu öffnen war. Wir können die Buchung dieser Unterkunft ohne jede Einschränkung nur empfehlen.

Todo perfecto... salvo la ubicación
Pros:

La habitación era encantadora, espaciosa y limpia. El desayuno estaba todo delicioso, de hecho, fue una de las opciones más destacadas por la que seleccionamos esta oferta por sobre otras. El servicio también fue muy amable y cercano. Todo fue muy cómodo, por la noche no se escuchaba nada, y el aparcamiento excelente igual.

Cons:

Una única cosa a destacar sería la ubicación. Pienso que la ubicación desvaloriza el lugar. Se encuentra en un barrio que nos pareció algo inseguro una vez caía la noche. Nos tocó ir a comprar por la noche y no fue una experiencia agradable por Parma.
