Pros:

One of my favorite properties in Mumbai. The rooms are always clean, hygienic, and well maintained, which makes the stay very comfortable. The staff is polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is one of the biggest advantages — centrally located and convenient for travel, food, shopping, and nearby attractions. Overall, a wonderful experience every time and definitely a place I would recommend to others visiting Mumbai.

My stay, in my own words.
Pros:

Location was good. The doorman was kind, always smiling and welcoming guests. Food was good.

Cons:

The staff lack hospitality, they were okok, Not so welcoming. The receptionist weren't helpful. Can hear outside noise like people talking, walking, morning alarm from the room which affected my sleep. Room AC remote wasn't working. No slippers in the room, No additional tissues for face and hand. They should update their facilities in the app as some are missing.
