ゆったり癒し旅
Pros:

リゾート気分を十分に味わえるところ。ホテルの駐車場にタイムズレンタカーがあるし、レンタカーのお店も近くにあります。スタッフが親切。プールや岩盤浴、大浴場は広くてきれいでずーーっといられる。帰りのシャトルバスでは運転手さんが見どころポイントを教えてくれて最後まで石垣島を楽しめた。

Cons:

ないです！またぜひ泊まりたいです。

スタッフの対応や笑顔最高でした。
景色も外観も観葉植物、美術品等
ゆったり置いていて落ち着く空間作りや
非日常感を感じました。
ビビンバと朝食美味しかった、見た目もよく
もっと食べたかったけどお腹いっぱいでした。
最高の3日間ありがとう。

Cons:

朝食の時間に皿を落としてしまって仕方ないことですが申し訳ない感がなくて残念。
全体的にステキなのにもったいないなと感じました。

Pros:

朝食が美味しかったです！スタッフの方々の対応もとても丁寧でした。夕食も施設内のレストランを2カ所利用しましたが、どちらも美味しく、サービスが行き届いていました。連泊で清掃を省略すると館内で使える1000円クーポン券がもらえたのも嬉しかったです。

外国人客への大きなメリットとして、タトゥーのある人でもシールで隠せる大きさならプールと大浴場に入れることです。11cm×20cmのタトゥー隠しシールは、フロントで購入できます。

Cons:

干潮時に屋外プールのすぐ先で磯遊びはできますが、徒歩範囲内に泳げるビーチがないこと。大浴場は写真で見るほどは大きくなかったこと。

Pros:

This place was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were large, and so many amenities to enjoy!
