Cumplió solo para salir de la urgencia de mi viaje
Pros:

La habitación contaba con lo esencial, la cama estaba bien pero las almohadas muy duras. la regadera tenía buena presión de agua y el aire acondicionado servía.

Cons:

El elevador era un verdadero problema, uno estaba descompuesto y el otro tardaba mucho tiempo en llegar, el día de mi salida no estaba en servicio ninguno de los dos y mi habitación estaba en el piso 8. El desayuno incluido en la reservación, lo peor de mi estancia. Literalmente pan tostado de paquete con mantequilla y mermelada y un café terriblemente mal hecho. Preferible que no lo ofrezcan.

Pros:

Lo único bueno es que esta a 1 cuadra del centro y el estacionamiento esta ahi mismo en el hotel.

Cons:

Es un lugar sumamente sucio,descuidado, no pude dormir por el olor a humedad, las sabanas y las toallas estan muuuy viejas, la colcha y la cortina estaban manchadas el elevador esta viejisimo y da miedo subir, la regadera no hay agua caliente y además tenía goteras y no se iba el agua, las camas y almohadas son super incómodas.
Me cobraron una fortuna para lo que es... no lo recomiendo para nada.

El personal, que me dejaran entrar temprano a la habitación, la ubicación es excelente, que tuviera aire acondicionado y un refrigerador para guardar nuestros alimentos. nos prestaron una plancha, eso es excelente para poder ir presentables a nuestro evento.

Cons:

el café estoy acostumbrada a un buen café, el que nos dieron tenía un sabor fuerte, a quemado, y era muy ácido.
