Tuyệt vời, chuyên nghiệp
Pros:

Không thể tin được, phòng sạch đẹp gần biển ( tại thời điểm này là dãy khách sạn đầu tiên gần biển. cách bãi biển tầm 500m theo đường chim bay nhá.) mà giá chỉ 467k / 1 đêm. 2 mẹ con mình thì ở phòng 2 giường đơn. Thoải mái vô cùng. Vợ chồng bạn quản lý khách sạn, tuy trẻ tuổi nhưng rất chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt tình, thân thiện, ấm áp. Cứ nhắn tin hỏi là bạn ấy reply ngay lập tức. Rất chuyên nghiệp và trách nhiệm. A bảo vệ cũng tận tình chu đáo.

Khách sạn thật sự có chất Japan. Nhân viên rất ổn.
Pros:

Phòng nghỉ tuyệt vời. Sạch, tiện nghi. Nhiều tiện nghi của Nhật thật.
Điện 220v phải mang loại có chân cắm tròn, 110v là chân cắm dẹt.
Chăn, ga , gối, khăn tắm rất sạch.
Các nhân viên rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình, hiểu việc và dễ thương.
Xung quanh khách sạn cũng rất sạch, rất mới, và hiện đại.

the door, toliet, an astentic shower booth are made from Japan. super well made! As a designer i really liked this part.

Every staffs are super friendly and have a great smile which made us feel welcome. helpful for every question without hesitated. Also they has so convinice service, which were laundury / rant a motorbike services. we lend 4 days of mortorbike and they were pretty good quilty and cheapiest price compare with other hotel. i super recommend rant a motorbike in halong from the hotel coz if there is some problem would be more easy to contect as a who can not speak in vietamese.

lundury service: 1kg 50,000 d (cheapist compare with other hotel) and really quick, flavor of softner was so fresh. so recommend book this hotel few days after your vietnam trip.
