Très bon qualité prix
Pros:

Bien situé à côté du métro et des arrêts de bus, le tramway n'est pas trop loin.
Commerce de proximité et des restaurants qui font l'affaire.

Cons:

La lumière pénètre dans la chambre quoique tu fasses pour bloquer les rideaux aux bords.
